Stakeholder Committee. Enrolled Participants in the CCA and CCAA shall have the opportunity to participate on the Stakeholder Committee (Appendix A). The Participant or representative may only vote on issues pertinent to the agreement in which they are enrolled. The Stakeholder Committee shall meet at least annually and more often as needed. The Stakeholder Committee shall review issues that impact enrolled Participants, discuss options to make changes, and make recommendations to the Executive Committee. The Stakeholder Committee shall be composed of at least eight individuals equally selected from each of the industry sectors identified in this CCA (i.e., oil and gas, agriculture and ranching, water withdrawers, Carlsbad Irrigation District [CID]) plus one representative from CEHMM, for a total of nine members. The Stakeholder Committee shall be composed of at least 9 representatives, as follows:
Stakeholder Committee. CLF agrees to establish a Stakeholder Committee separate from the IMA (and not a committee, sub-committee or subsidiary body of the IMA) consisting of organizations and entities with a demonstrated interest in the health, sustainability, and resilience of the Great Bay ecosystem. CLF will engage in best efforts to include one or more members of the business and real estate community. The role of the Stakeholder Committee will be to provide input, perspective, information, review, and monitoring of the IMA activities. The Stakeholder Committee may submit a request for funding or particular cost items as part of the annual IMA budget, though the Municipalities do not hereby guarantee or make any representation herein that such a budget provision will be approved.
Stakeholder Committee. The Stakeholder Committee is responsible for reviewing draft sections of the HCP/NCCP (e.g., Covered Species, Plan Area, ecological baseline report, impact assessment, and elements of the conservation strategy) and providing recommendations for HCP/NCCP development to the Steering Committee. The role of the Committee’s members includes representing the interests of their organizations at meetings and reporting on development of the Plan to other members of their organizations on a regular basis. The Stakeholder Committee will meet approximately quarterly. All such meetings are open to the public and provide for public comment. The NCCP Act section 2801(j) states that”…[t]he process should encourage the active participation and support of landowners and others in the conservation and stewardship of natural resources in the plan area during plan development using appropriate measures, including incentives.”
Stakeholder Committee. The Parties, through the Implementing Committee, will establish, and invite Stakeholders to designate members of, an Adaptive Management Stakeholder Committee (Stakeholder Committee). The Stakeholder Committee will be comprised and operate as provided in this Section.

Stakeholder Committee. ASM shall form a Stakeholder Committee consisting of representatives from the approved vendor list referenced in Section 2.2.k. above, ASM management, and the City of Fresno, which will meet quarterly to review all areas of the Fresno Convention Center operations to identify areas of improvement with the goal of increasing revenue and enhancing the Facility user experience. The Stakeholder Committee shall be charged with providing recommendations for areas of improvement for the City and ASM to consider. Membership on the Stakeholder Committee shall be approved in advance by the City Manager and each member shall serve for a period of 1 year.
Stakeholder Committee. Subrecipient agrees to participate in a Program stakeholder committee (the “Program Stakeholder Committee”) to best effectuate the purposes of this Subaward and the Teaming Agreement. The Subrecipient may appoint one representative to the Program Stakeholder Committee.
1. The Prime Awardee’s representative shall serve as the Program Stakeholder Committee Chairperson.
2. The Program Stakeholder Committee may meet from time to time, but shall meet at least once per quarter.
3. The Program Stakeholder Committee shall provide guidance to the Prime Awardee regarding internal dispute resolution and change management under this Agreement.
Stakeholder Committee. The District will establish a Stakeholder Committee (Committee) of community representatives within 60 days of the date of this Agreement. Such stakeholders will include school representatives, teachers, counselors, school administrators, District administrators, special education staff or administrators, Native American tribal council members from local tribes, other local tribal leaders and members, students, parents, and members of community organizations. To evaluate the District’s progress in ensuring nondiscrimination in discipline and its implementation of this Agreement, the Committee will meet at least once a year by the end of June to review the District’s data and other information relevant to the discipline analysis (e.g., proposed changes to its discipline policies and procedures or any independent discipline analyses) from the prior year. The Committee will make recommendations to the District regarding its discipline data, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that they are nondiscriminatory. The Director will coordinate the Committee’s work and meetings throughout the duration of this Agreement. The Committee will provide recommendations to the District (“the Recommendations”) by July 15, 2025, and by the same date in subsequent years. The District Superintendent and Board will review the Recommendations and determine the recommendations it will adopt. For recommendations that the District does not adopt, the District will provide its reasons in writing to the OCR and the Committee by November 1, 2025, and by the same date in subsequent years.
Stakeholder Committee. Work with City and Bell to assemble and coordinate a Stakeholder Committee. The Stakeholder Committee may include City staff, developers, engineers, contractors, fire district, and other agencies.
Stakeholder Committee. Once the stakeholders have been identified, the data collection can be described per stakeholder group. For data of vulnerable groups, consent is needed to process their data. If consent is the legal basis on which we will acquire data, this condition will be met.
