Task Assignment. Addenda, exhibits, or attachments material to the contract
Task Assignment. Specific, detailed services or work placed against an awarded and established continuing services Contract memorialized as an Amendment to this Contract by the parties prior to the commencement of such Work or Services by the Consultant.
Task Assignment. 1. The Sanitation Department agrees to continue the "Task Assignment" for residential and commercial collection routes.
2. The Sanitation Department agrees to continue a four (4) day work week for residential and commercial collection routes.
3. Each employee and/or crew shall be assigned a regular weekly route, divided into daily routes. If the regular weekly route is completed as scheduled by the assigned employee, he shall receive his regular weekly pay even though such employee may complete his assigned weekly route in less time.
4. Crews who have completed their own assigned routes may be reassigned on other routes within or outside of their assigned sections in order to maintain essential service to the community.
Task Assignment. County requests will be submitted via email to designated County Project Managers. The County Project Manager will assign a due date and priority for each task. If Contractor cannot complete the task by the given deadline or anticipates any delays, Contractor must immediately notify the County Project Manager to coordinate a mutually agreed due date. Upon completion of each deliverable, Contractor shall submit the hours it took to complete the task to the County Project Manager.
Task Assignment. 17.1 In addition to the Company may at any time assign to a third party any or all of its rights, benefits or obligations under this agreement or the performance of the entire agreement subject to providing at least
17.2 It is also agreed and understood that in the event of transfer, assignment or novation as described in the present paragraph, the Company shall have the right to disclose and or transfer all partner related information including without limitation personal data, recording, correspondence, due diligence and identification documents, files and records etc. transfer the partner account and any money maintained in such partner account.
Task Assignment. 7.1 The Receiving Parties shall produce a specified task request notice referencing to the template in Appendix I for ZORALab to document the work request transaction.
7.2 In lieu with Clause 7.1, the Receiving Parties shall produce task request notice that is compliant to the following but not limited to:
7.2.1 only shepherding a tech ecosystem for the Receiving Parties organization such as maintenance, daily operations, and system monitoring;
7.2.2 in lieu with Clause 7.2.1, the task(s)’ working nature shall not be software or tech research and development;
7.2.3 When applicable, provisioned third party services’ terms and conditions;
7.2.4 Malaysia’s Rules of Law;
7.2.5 the Receiving Parties’ operating country’s Rules of Law.
7.3 Upon receiving the task request notice produced from Clause 7.1, ZORALab shall review and provide approval or rejection to the task request letter at ZORALab’s discretion. Should any of the known sub- clauses from Clause 7.2 were found violated, the request notice shall be rejected automatically without prejudice.
7.4 Upon approval, ZORALab shall perform either of the following and shall return a copy to the Receiving Parties:
7.4.1 update the task request notice with approved stamping; or
7.4.2 produce written approval referencing the task request noticing.
7.5 In lieu with Clause 7.4, ZORALab shall then deliver the results based on the tasks stipulated in the request letter.
7.6 To stop executing an approved a task execution anytime, the Receiving Parties can and shall produce a task request notice specifying to stop executing a set of tasks referencing to the template in Appendix II for ZORALab to document the stop task request transaction.
7.7 Upon receiving the work request notice produced from Clause 7.6, ZORALab shall review and execute the appropriate procedures to stop the referred task execution.
7.8 In lieu with Clause 7.6 and Clause 7.7, in the event that zero (0) task available to execute while the Product is still Activated (referred to Clause 1 of the General Terms and Conditions term sheet), the Receiving Parties acknowledge that ZORALab shall continue to charge Tier 1 pricing as the unused resources were already provisioned.
Task Assignment. The SPONSOR will develop individual task orders as specific work tasks are required. Upon receipt of a task order the DEPARTMENT will prepare an estimate of necessary time and funding to complete the task and submit this estimate to the SPONSOR for approval. Upon acceptance of the estimate the DEPARTMENT may begin to work on the approved task. The DEPARTMENT shall perform in a satisfactory and proper manner the "SCOPE OF WORK," described in individual task orders.
Task Assignment. Employees assigned to the Garbage Collection Division shall be held responsible for completion of a daily task assignment which shall consist of satisfactory completion of the assigned scheduled route. In accordance with the provisions of the October 11, 1991 memorandum of understanding between the parties, the assigned scheduled route shall include a separate collection of yard waste. Upon satisfactory completion of the assigned route and return to their designated job site, employees shall be considered to have completed their work day and may be excused by an appropriate supervisor. However, employees who have satisfactorily completed their routes may be assigned as required by the department to assist on other routes in order to maintain essential service to the community. In the event it becomes necessary to make this additional assignment, all hours worked on this assignment shall be at the overtime rate. Volunteers, if available, may be selected by the department for this overtime assignment.
Task Assignment. 4.5.1 Assignment of Work Initially, the selected consultants will be listed in a random order as prescribed by the Board of Public Works. Assignment of task orders under this contract will be done in one of the following methods noted below: • For larger projects (with projected costs over $25,000) with lead time of six (6) months or more, proposals may be requested from the entire list as set forth in 4.5.1A below. • Where schedules are tighter (lead time of less than six (6) months) and/or for moderately sized projects (with estimated costs between $10,000 and $25,000), proposals may be requested from the top three consultants on the list as set forth in 4.5.1B below. • For smaller projects (with estimated costs under $10,000) that are of a general nature, the City may choose to utilize the top consultant on the list as set forth in 4.5.1C below. • In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to assign a sole source task order to a consultant on the pre-qualified on-call list. A sole source proposal may be solicited from the pre•qualified on-call consultant only after requesting approval by the City Engineer and the Board of Public Works. Assignment of task orders to consultants on the pre-qualified on-call list is further defined below:
Task Assignment. 17.1 In addition to the Company may at any time assign to a third party any or all of its rights, benefits or obligations under this agreement or the performance of the entire agreement subject to providing at least five business days with prior written notice to the partner. This may be done, without limitation, in the event of merger or acquisition of the Company with a third party, reorganization of the Company, upcoming winding up of the Company, or sale or transfer of all or part of the business or the assets of the Company to a third party.
17.2 It is also agreed and understood that in the event of transfer, assignment or novation as described in the present paragraph, the Company shall have the right to disclose and or transfer all partner related information including without limitation personal data, recording, correspondence, due diligence and identification documents, files and records etc. transfer the partner account and any money maintained in such partner account.
