– TRAVELLING TIME ALLOWANCE. 22.01 The employer will pay an employee who is required to travel from one job site to another job site for the employer during the regularly assigned working hours the employee’s regular hourly rate of pay. If the employee is required to use his own vehicle for transportation, the employee shall be paid the following mileage allowance. Mileage Allowance fifty-five cents ($0.55) It is agreed this figure shall be adjusted as per CRA figures for the life of this agreement.

– TRAVELLING TIME ALLOWANCE. Normal salary is paid for travelling time during regular working hours. A travelling time allowance is paid for travelling time outside regular working hours. The period between 22.00 and 08.00 shall not be included in the calculation if the employer has paid for a sleeping berth on a train or boat. Payment is only made for full half-hours. The two periods of time shall be added together if the travelling time occurs both before and after regular working hours on a particular day. Travelling time conferring an entitlement to compensation is defined as the time it takes to travel to the work destination during business travel that has been requested. Travel shall be deemed to have commenced and concluded in accordance with the provisions applicable to calculating subsistence allowance or the like at the pre-school/school.‌

– TRAVELLING TIME ALLOWANCE. 20.3.1. An Employee sent from their usual work locality to another, and required to remain away from their home, shall be paid Travelling Time whilst travelling between such localities. The remuneration for Travelling Time shall be Wage, except where travel occurs when the Employee would not normally be working, when an additional percentage loading equal to 50% of the Wage shall also apply.

Upon providing the Employer in ample time- at least twenty four (24) hours before the date of the pay period ending, of proof of either purchase or repair, payment will be made on the pay period following.

  • TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.
