Vacation and Sick Leave Time. Executive shall be entitled to annual sick leave time pursuant to the plan or policy adopted by the Company, or as hereafter may be amended, available for other executive officers of Company. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Executive shall be entitled to annual vacation time equal to no less than four (4) weeks paid vacation every year throughout the term of this Agreement.

Vacation and Sick Leave Time. Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks vacation annually, commencing on his first day of employment hereunder, which shall be taken at such time or times as are approved by the Chairman of the Board of Directors (if other than Employee), or if Employee is acting as Chairman, by the Chairman of the Audit Committee or the full Board of Directors. Employee shall also be entitled to such holiday and sick leave time pursuant to the plan or policy currently in effect, or as hereafter may be amended, available for other executive officers of Employer. Vacation time shall not carry over from year to year in excess of one week per year.
Vacation and Sick Leave Time. Any employee who will have attained the seniority status specified in the table below during the vacation year shall be entitled to the corresponding vacation with pay. Length of service includes the whole span of continuous service with the present or successor contractor and the with the predecessor contractors in the performance of similar work at the same Federal facility. For any new Seasonal employees hired under this contract a year of service is constituted by 260 days of work. Vacation will be paid out when a new contractor is awarded the government contract per company policy and applicable laws. This will take place at the end of the government contract, or when a new contractor begins service Duration of Service Yearly Accrual Anniversary date year one (1) through the end of year seven (7) 2 Weeks Beginning of year eight (8) through end of year thirteen (13) 3 Weeks Beginning year fourteen (14) and over 4 Weeks Vacation pay shall be at the employee’s base hourly rate, including all applicable premium pay. Vacation time may be used one day at a time, as long as it is prescheduled and approved by management. Employees, who are laid off, discharged, or who discontinue service with the Company for any reason, including permanent shutdown, shall be paid any unused vacation credit earned the preceding year. In the case of Seasonal employees, an employee may elect to receive payment of all earned vacation to the date of the seasonal layoff or may elect to carryover that leave balance for a period not to exceed the twelve month period from the employee’s anniversary date. Example: Service Date Anniversary of July 9, 2014 with 80 hours vacation leave earned. Employee has 40 hours remaining at the time of lay-off. Employee must use the 40 hours prior to July 9, 2015. Requesting and taking vacation leave during the active seasonal employment period will require the approval of the immediate supervisor and the Project Manager in considerations of required work schedules. This provision does not allow for vacation to be taken on the premise of use or lose. This provision is limited to 40 hours of carryover vacation for seasonal employees only. Insofar as possible, the Company will arrange the vacation of an employee at a time the employee request for vacation. The employees having the greatest seniority will be given first choice in selecting the time of their vacation.   • Vacation and Sick Leave At such reasonable times as the Board of Directors shall in its discretion permit, the Employee shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the performance of his employment under this Agreement, with all such voluntary absences to count as vacation time; provided that:
