Vacation at Termination. Employees leaving the district with accrued vacation leave shall be paid the amount of accrued vacation to the date of termination. Payment for accrued Vacation shall be at the employee’s current rate of pay.
Vacation at Termination. Upon termination, layoff or resignation of employment, employees shall be paid the cash value of the employee’s accrued vacation leave at the time of termination.

Payment for unused vacation shall be made at the rate of pay in effect for such employees at the time of termination. When termination is caused by the death of the employee, pay for unused vacation shall be paid to the same beneficiary the employee has designated for Life Insurance benefits. Beneficiary designation otherwise, shall be in writing, signed by the employee and filed with the Finance Department, Payroll Office. Vacation accruals are not paid to employees who are employed by the City less than six months.
Vacation at Termination. After one (1) year of employment, an employee who resigns or is terminated shall receive all earned, but unpaid, vacation hours. However, all eligible employees who are discharged for proven gross misconduct shall forfeit all earned vacation hours from the beginning of the current benefit year. Earned and unpaid vacation hours of a deceased employee shall be payable to the deceased’s estate.
Vacation at Termination. All covered personnel whose employment with the City terminates shall be paid for that part of vacation accrued that remains unused at the time of termination. Payment shall be made at the employee's rate of pay in effect at the time of termination. When termination results from the death of the employee, pay for unused accrued vacation shall be paid to the beneficiary the employee has designated in writing, and filed with the City Manager. In the event no beneficiary has been designated, the payment shall be made to the estate of the employee.
Vacation at Termination. 29.11.1 Employees who leave the State, either voluntarily or involuntarily with vacation in a deficit position, shall reimburse the State for those unaccrued hours at their regular rate of pay. The State reserves the right to deduct these monies owed from the employee's paycheck. If employees resign or are terminated through no fault or delinquency on their part, or die with unused vacation credit, the employees, or in the case of death, the estate, shall be paid in cash for any unused vacation.
Vacation at Termination. Any employee who is laid off, resigns, retires, or is otherwise separated from the service of the City, shall receive vacation pay for all accrued vacation upon their separation from employment with the City. The amount of payment for all unused vacation shall be calculated based upon the employee’s regular straight time hourly rate of pay in effect for the employee’s regular job, on the last work day of the employee’s employment.
Vacation at Termination. The Fire Chief, who leaves the municipal service with accrued vacation leave, shall be paid the amount of accrued vacation to the date of termination. Payment for accrued vacation shall be at the Fire Chief’s current rate of pay.
