Contractor- Furnished. Insurance
i) CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost, purchase and maintain, until one (1) year after Final Acceptance or, in the event of prior termination of the WORK for two (2) years after the date of such termination, not less than the types of insurance, with companies approved by COMPANY, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld with, coverages, endorsements, waivers, and limits as described in this Article.
ii) All insurance required to be maintained by CONTRACTOR shall be primary to (and non-contributory with) any and all insurance (including self insurance) obtained or maintained by, or otherwise, available to COMPANY and all policies shall be endorsed accordingly.
iii) At the time this AGREEMENT is signed by CONTRACTOR or within a period of time which COMPANY may allow in writing thereafter, but in any event not less than two (2) business days prior to CONTRACTOR's entry onto COMPANY property, CONTRACTOR shall provide evidence satisfactory to COMPANY that insurance policies and coverages required to be procured by CONTRACTOR hereunder have, in fact, been procured from and/or established with companies acceptable to COMPANY and shall be kept in force from the effective date of the AGREEMENT through one (1) year after Final Acceptance. Such evidence may take the form of certificate(s), endorsement(s), copy(ies) of policy(ies), or other form of evidence acceptable to, and as required by, COMPANY. Similar evidence of renewals shall be provided to COMPANY at least thirty (30) days prior to renewal date(s). COMPANY shall be given at least thirty (30) calendar days

The Contractor shall furnish to the COTR, prior to the initial application of pesticides, the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) on all chemical products to include trade names, chemical names and a label showing the contents and the use strength of the chemical as applied and antidote thereto. The Contractor shall furnish this information each time there are changes in chemicals or products used in the performance of this contract.

All dispensers/receptacles shall be considered, as is condition upon start date of the contract. All dispensers and receptacles are defined as, but not limited to sanitary napkin receptacles, toilet seat cover dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, paper towel dispensers and soap dispensers. The contractor shall buy and replace broken or damaged items for the remainder of the contract. All supplies, materials, and equipment to be used in the work described herein are subject to the approval of the COR. The Contractor shall submit to the COR a list indicating the name of the manufacturer, the brand name, and the intended use of each of the materials, proposed for use in the performance of its work. The Contractor shall not use any materials, chemicals, or compounds which the COR determines would be unsuitable for the intended purpose or harmful to the surfaces to which applied or, as might be the case for such items as paper or soap products, unsatisfactory for use by occupants. The Contractor shall utilize products and material made from bio-based materials (e.g., bio-based cleaners, bio-based degreasers, bio-based laundry detergent) to the maximum extent possible without jeopardizing the intended end use or detracting from the overall quality delivered to the end user. For the bio-based content products evaluation, all non-chemical products proposed for use under this contract must conform to the Department of Agriculture (USDA) Designated Bio-based Products List (DBPL) whenever practicable. Contractors should provide data for their bio-based solvents and cleaners to document bio-based content, and source of bio-based material (i.e. particular crop or livestock). Any material which the COR suspects does not meet Federal specifications or standards shall be tested at the Contractor's expense by an independent testing laboratory qualified to perform such tests as are required. A copy of the laboratory report giving the results of the test and a sample of each product, if requested, shall be submitted to the COR. The Contractor shall have mobile work vehicles with lifting booms which are capable of lifting all crane equipment components. The Contractor shall provide their own pressure washing system and various approved degreasers or cleaning solvents and not use the Government’s equipment. Cleaning product approval shall be requested in writing from NAVFAC MIDLANT’s Safety and Environmental Departments. The Contractor shall also be required to use their own electrical generators and compressors for electricity and air sources.

2.5.1 Internet Services Contractor must provide their own computers and internet service for access to the NAFVAC MAXIMO program if required.
2.5.2 Portable Electronic Devices NNSY In the process of performing preventative maintenance, certifications, and /or repair on board Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), it may be necessary to employ the use of portable electronic devices (i.e. laptops, tablets etc.) This equipment shall be approved for use by security prior to being brought on to NNSY property.
2.6 Management The Contractor shall manage the total work effort associated with the services required herein to meet the performance objectives and standards. Such Spec Item Title Description management includes but is not limited to planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation, establishing and maintaining records, and quality assurance. The Contractor shall provide a staff with the necessary management expertise to ensure performance objectives and standards are met.
2.6.1 Work Reception The Contractor shall provide the capability to receive, prioritize, correspond, and respond to service orders and task orders during Government regular working hours and provide a point of contact at a local or toll free number who can perform the above function during other than Government regular working hours.
2.6.1.1 Monthly Work Report On the first working day of each month, the Contractor shall submit a monthly report to the Government detailing all FEDMALL requests and Delivery/Task Orders on which work has not started or is incomplete as per Section F.
