CONTRACTOR’S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 1) Upon contract execution the PNSP and RNSP shall meet via in person meeting or teleconference, with the CA 9-1-1 Branch team at a minimum weekly, or at the discretion of the CA 9-1-1 Branch, to ensure project tasks and timelines are met, with all Contractor Key Staff identified in SOW Section 9. The CA 9-1-1 Branch may require an in person meeting based on project status.
2) Upon contract execution until NG9-1-1 services are fully implemented, the PNSP and RNSP Project Coordinator shall maintain communication with the CA 9-1-1 Branch team on a regular basis throughout the week.
3) Once NG9-1-1 services are fully implemented, the PNSP and RNSP team shall meet with the CA 9-1-1 Branch at a minimum monthly to review outage reports and SLAs. This meeting will be in person with the CA 9-1-1 Branch team.
4) The PNSP shall develop all interface standards for aggregation, region, and PSAP, based on direction and approval from the CA 9-1-1
CONTRACTOR’S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Contractor shall:
1. Designate a person to whom all project communications may be addressed and who has the authority to act on all aspects of the contract. This person will be responsible for the overall project and will be the contact for all invoicing and Contractor staffing issues.
2. Provide written reports for review and approval by Covered California and formally respond to Covered California review findings as necessary.
3. Meet as required with Covered California staff to discuss progress.
4. Make its best efforts to maintain staff continuity throughout the life of the project. If, however, a substitution becomes necessary, the Contractor must submit resumes for review, in advance, for all proposed personnel substitutions. All Contractor personnel substitutions must be approved in writing by Covered California Representative. Failure to receive the required approvals may result in termination of the contract.
CONTRACTOR’S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Prime Contractor shall comply with all legislative requirements imposed by the State for all systems and services provided by the CTS services throughout the term of this contract. The Prime Contractor shall work with the State to implement any changes dictated by the statute. The Prime Contractor’s roles and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to: Ultimate responsibility for all efforts, activities, materials, and equipment conducted or provided under this contract. Responsible to manage their subcontractors and ensure they are in compliance with the terms of this contract, follow the policies, regulations, and guidelines set forth in the contract and CDCR policies. Notify the CDCR PM or their designee of any issues, problems, schedule delays, problems to gain access to CDCR facilities, or any impacts to the project. Respond to all inquiries and provide information related to the project. Ensure that any contractor personnel working at a CDCR facility have an onsite manager to supervise and report progress to CDCR PM or their designee. Manage, coordinate, monitor, and report on all project activities conducted by contractor and subcontractor personnel. The Prime Contractor shall reimburse the State for the actual costs for the custody escorts required to implement the CTS.
CONTRACTOR’S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Contractor shall deliver all services and equipment necessary for system deployment.
B. Contractor shall perform and provide a PSAP site survey for each CPE installation.
C. Contractor shall provide necessary wiring for connection to NG9-1-1 Trunks as well as interface connectivity to all necessary peripheral equipment.
CONTRACTOR’S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Contractor agrees to assist and provide to the California Government Operations Agency (GovOps), who is responsible for leading the State of California’s Vaccine Task Force, the detailed services described in Attachment I of this Exhibit.
CONTRACTOR’S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Contractor shall be responsible for the development and delivery of the Technology specified by this SOW. [Optional] Design approval will be the responsibility of the Contractor as the design authority. The Contractor shall be responsible for informing the Defence Project Manager of all significant design changes even though they may not directly affect the Project outcomes or Technology. The Defence Project Manager may provide advice and guidance to the design direction where this does not conflict with the contracted Technology, scope of work and/or process. This advice does not need to be accepted by the Contractor. The Contractor’s system engineering efforts shall aim at a technology realisation and implementation that meets the performances specified in the Target Performance Measures at Annex A.
CONTRACTOR’S ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Contractor shall:
A. Provide a solution that will support a parent/child administrative relationship that enables the CDT (parent) to programmatically apply compliance and regulatory requirements and standards.
B. Complete CDT’s onboarding documentation process, which includes an initial list of cloud services and role-based access controls (RBAC) required for the services within their solution.
C. Monitor, report, and as necessary, block GenAI solution prompt inputs for sensitive/classified data and any other potentially harmful prompt methods.
D. Monitor and report on GenAI solution responses for factual accuracy, coherence, and appropriateness and allow for periodic manual reviews.
E. Provide their own equipment, operating system, software, and other tools necessary to perform the required tasks.
F. Provide a pre-trained, GenAI solution.
G. Ensure the GenAI solution operates within CDT’s managed cloud environment.
H. Host all other non-GenAI solution systems within CDT’s managed cloud environments.
I. Adhere to CDT’s Statewide Information Management Manual (SIMM) 140 Cloud Security Guide - xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/policy/simm/.
J. Conduct any required data pre-processing on State provided data for the purpose of tuning the GenAI solution including scanning the data for and, as appropriate, blocking sensitive/classified data, e.g., Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), Federal Tax Information (FTI), etc.
K. Store all State Data, as defined in Section 14 – Data Handling and Ownership, within CDT’s managed cloud environments.

M. Provide all necessary staffing resources to successfully complete the POC Deliverables and Milestones within the agreed upon schedule.
N. Adhere to all CALTRANS and CDT policies, procedures, and guidelines, including access and security requirements prior to commencing, and during performance under this Agreement.
O. Perform services in a manner that will not disrupt the operational needs of the State and its partners.
P. Provide training and user guides for all identified users of the solution in a manner that minimally disrupts staff duties and operations.
