Deductions from Sick Leave Credits. (a) For full-time Employees, a deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave credits for all normal working hours (exclusive of Public Holidays) absent for sick leave.

Deductions from Sick Leave Credits. For employees who are unable to work due to illness or injury while scheduled to work an eight (8) hour shift (Tango 1 or Tango 2), a deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave credits for all normal working hours (exclusive of Statutory Holidays). For employees who are unable to work due to illness or injury while scheduled to work a Tango 3 or Zulu 1 shift, the employee shall receive the guaranteed minimum amount that would normally be paid for the shift. For both of the situations above, a deduction from the annual sick leave credits shall be made to cover, if sufficient credits are available, the number of hours lost due to illness or injury.
