Dues Payment. I agree that I will maintain membership and pay the dues specified in my signed Membership Agreement.
Dues Payment. The Company agrees to deduct and remit dues from each employee according to the rules laid out in Section 16 of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia.

400.1 In recognition of the Association's services to the bargaining unit, all members of the bargaining unit may be members of the Association, the exclusive representative of the unit. Bargaining unit members who join the Association may either pay directly to the Association or by dues deduction made pursuant to a properly executed Payroll Deduction Authorization form delivered to the School Board. Membership in the Association is not a condition of employment.
400.2 To be included in individual teachers' contracts executed after the effective date of this agreement: This contract is entered into by you and the Board and is subject to the provisions of the Constitution and the Ohio Revised Code; applicable regulations of various State agencies, regulations and policies accepted by the School Board and, under its authority, administrative regulations and applicable provisions of the contract between the School Board and the Association. "The Master Contract negotiated between the Association and the Board is herein incorporated by reference. Any argument or dispute will be settled by the provisions established in the Master Contract or by provisions provided by law." 401 Association Dues The Board agrees to deduct Association dues from the wages of teachers upon presentation to the Board of a written authorization individually executed by the teachers desiring the deduction.
Dues Payment. The Board shall pay the full amount of each member's dues to County, State (NJPSA), and National (NASSP) associations.
Dues Payment. The College shall deduct monthly Association dues from employees within the bargaining unit unless the employee files a written request with Human Resources to be excluded from Association membership. The College will deduct agency fee payments from employees who request to be excluded from Association membership. The amounts deducted will be transmitted by the tenth (10th) of each month to the Association on behalf of the employees.
Dues Payment. 5.01 The Employer shall deduct Union dues including, where applicable, initiation fees and assessments on a monthly basis from the wages of each employee covered by this Agreement. The amount of dues shall be calculated in accordance with the Union's Constitution.
5.02 All dues, initiation fees and assessments shall be remitted to the Union forthwith and, in any event, no later than fifteen (15) days following the last day of the month in which the remittance was deducted. The remittance shall be sent to the International Secretary- Treasurer of the United Steelworkers, AFL-CIO-CLC, P.O. Box 9083, Commerce Court Postal Station, Toronto, Ontario, M5L 1K1, in such form as shall be directed by the Union to the Employer, along with a completed Dues Remittance Form R-115. A copy of the Dues Remittance Form R-115 will also be sent to United Steelworkers, 127- 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX X0X 0X0.
5.03 The remittance and Form R-115 shall be accompanied by a statement containing the following information.
(a) A list of the names of all employees from whom dues were deducted and the amount of dues deducted.
(b) A list of the names of all employees from whom no deductions were made and the reason for not deducting dues.
(c) This information shall be sent to both Union addresses identified in Article 5.02 in such form as directed by the Union to the Employer.
5.04 The Union shall indemnify and save the Employer harmless against all claims or other forms of liability that may arise out of any action taken by the Employer in compliance with this Article.
5.05 The Employer, when preparing T-4 Slips for the employees, will enter the amount of Union dues paid by the employee during the previous year.
5.06 The Employer agrees to continue the pay and benefits of any Employee absent from work on Union business and the Union shall reimburse the Employer for such wage and benefits payment upon receipt of a monthly statement. A leave of absence form must be completed and authorized by the Union and Employer prior to any absence for trade Union business.
Dues Payment. 3.01 The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of each employee in the bargaining unit, a specified amount equivalent to regular dues. The remittance statement shall contain a dues and initiation report which will be provided in the form of e-mail (xxxxxx@xxxXX00.xxx), as well as a hard copy of the dues report being attached to the remittance cheque. This information provided shall be on a standard Excel spreadsheet or another software program acceptable and adaptable to the Union. The spreadsheet will be in a format provided by the Union and the Employer will provide the following information, as known to the Employer:
1. Employee number if applicable
2. Full name (Last/First/Initials)
3. Full address, including City and Postal Code
4. Telephone number (including area code)
5. Date of hire
6. Rate of pay 7. Classification
8. Full-time or part-time designation
9. Union dues deducted (or the reason a deduction was not made).
10. Total dues deducted
a) Such deductions shall be made from the wages owing to each employee on each payday.
b) The amounts deducted herein shall be paid by cheque or EFT to the Union and remitted by mail to the Union on or before the fifteen (15th) day of each month following. Such remittance will include a statement with the names of each employee and the amount of such dues.
c) The Union shall indemnify and save harmless the Employer, including its agents, and employees acting on behalf of the Employer, from any liability including any and all claims, demands, actions, or cause of action arising out of or in any way connected with the deduction, collection or attempted collection, accounting, or remittance of such dues.
d) Any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues will be certified to the Employer by the Union in writing. Such changes in the amount of union dues shall become effective not earlier than the commencement of the second month following the month such certification was received.
e) The Employer agrees, on being furnished by the Union with the application for membership and the form authorizing the deduction of Union dues and initiations fees, to arrange for the completion of such forms by the appropriate members of bargaining unit to acquaint such members with the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off and to introduce the new employee to the Xxxxxxx.

5.02 All dues, initiation fees and assessments shall be remitted to the union forthwith and in any event no later than 15 days following the last day of the month in which the remittance was deducted. The remittance shall be sent to the International Secretary Treasurer of the United Steelworkers, P.O. Box 13083 Postal Station A, Toronto, Ontario, M5W 1V7 in such form as shall be directed by the union (if the collective agreement does not have the international union as the party then the word “union” should be changed to the “international union”) to the company along with a completed Dues Remittance Form R-115. A copy of the Dues Remittance Form R-115 will also be sent to the union office designated by the area coordinator.
5.03 The remittance and the R-115 Form shall be accompanied by a statement containing the following information:
(a) a list of the names of all employees from whom dues were deducted and the amount of dues deducted;
(b) a list of the names of all employees from whom no deductions have been made and the reasons;
(c) this information shall be sent to both union addresses identified in Article 5.02 in such form as shall be directed by the union to the company.
5.04 The union shall indemnify and save the company harmless against all claims or other forms of liability that may arise out of any actions taken by the company in compliance with this Article.
5.05 The company, when preparing T-4 slips for the employees, will enter the amount of union dues paid by the employee during the previous year.
Dues Payment. This assignment, shall be effective immediately. The Company shall remit the dues deducted pursuant to such assignment (until and unless said assignment is revoked by the employee) to the Local Union, no later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the deduction was made from the employee, with a written statement of names of employees for whom the deductions were made and the amount of each deduction.
Dues Payment. This assignment, in the case of employees already members of the Union shall be effective immediately and for those employees not previously members of the Union, it shall become effective thirty (30) calendar days from the date of execution. The Company shall remit the dues deducted pursuant to such assignment (until and unless said assignment is revoked by the employee) to the Local Union, no later than the 15th day of the month following the month in which the deduction was made from the employee, with a written statement of names of employees for whom the deductions were made and the amount of each deduction.
