Communication and Engagement. This workstream ensures that all stakeholders are informed of the changes that are taking place in a timely and appropriate way. This includes messages to staff and the public. All communication and engagement activity needs to be coordinated between organisations ensuring alignment to the agreed vision for health and social Care.

Communicates regularly with Nurse Managers and Heads of Department on health service issues, directions and changes. Leads the engagement of the health service in service delivery planning, reform and delivery.
Communication and Engagement. Isle of Anglesey and Medrwn Môn will operate within the Participation Cymru ten principles of engagement. The local authority has a joint engagement and consultation board with Medrwn Môn to ensure overview of local authority engagement and consultation, consistency and quality of activity with a range of stakeholders.

Stakeholders include all internal regional stakeholders; the Working Groups of adjacent Regions with interest in implementing the CVFPP to include environmental interests, tribes and any interested parties; and State and Federal agencies with ongoing studies, projects and regulatory responsibilities that affect the Region. Activities under this task include: Coordinating and conducting regular regional meetings for the purpose of sharing information and updates on relevant flood management topics and the progress of CVFPP implementation Attending Coordinating Committee meetings, CVFPB Workgroup meetings, CVFPB Workshops, CVFPB Levee Inspection Compliance Program, CVFPB Advisory Committee, OMRR&R Meetings, and other RFMP Regional meetings Managing the Feather River Regional/RFMP website with updated information regarding the Region, RFMP process, and the CVFPP Meetings and presentations to regional stakeholders Developing and distributing outreach materials Small group meetings with targeted stakeholders Participating in coordination meetings with DWR, other resource agencies, and other government entities Coordinating with LMAs on issues such as OMRR&R of SPFC facilities, maintaining active PL84-99 status, and inspection protocols Continuing engagement with local stakeholders, including landowners and the public in regional flood management activities Managing email notifications and list serves Tracking relevant news and funding opportunities Relaying information to regional stakeholders via email, the RFMP website, or other means Task 2 Deliverables: • Draft and Final Stakeholder Engagement Plan • Meeting materials, agendas, and notes • Periodic stakeholder outreach emails • Website content

The strategy must include a plan describing distribution and alignment of key messages, target audiences and communication type and frequency. The Collaboration Council is collectively responsible for seeking input from and relaying information to all Team Members. Where selected by Team Members in a Multi-Sectoral Committee, members of the Collaboration Council are responsible for seeking input from and relaying information to their respective Multi-Sectoral Committee Team Members, as well as Sector Team Members where appropriate. The Collaboration Council representatives from the Primary Care Network and Lived Experience Advisory Network are equally responsible for seeking input from and relaying information to their respective Networks. The Collaboration Council will establish a standardized process for engagement and reporting with Team Members and stakeholders by the committees and working groups as part of the communication and engagement plan for the LLG-OHT.

Communication and Engagement. Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx’x educational background spans a spectrum of policy and design with a combination of architecture, urban design, urban planning, and urban studies. As former planner for the City of Bismarck, he was involved in current planning activities, downtown design review, site plan review coordination, and the development of plans and studies. He reviewed application requests for plats, zoning changes, annexations, special use permits, and design reviews. Through his leadership on the updated Bismarck Comprehensive Plan, Xxxx also identified and implemented effective public engagement strategies, which included documentation summaries of public input. Xxx Xxxxxxx is experienced in virtual and in-person public engagement, creating events and tools that produce meaningful results in ways that are interactive, and fun and build trust in the community. He specializes in communicating complex issues and soliciting feedback in ways that are understandable and approachable so that more people can get involved. In addition to virtual engagement, Xxx works on a variety of projects including site plans, master plans, comprehensive plans, implementation strategies, and zoning code updates. INFRASTRUCTURE, SUBDIVISIONS Xxxxx Xxxxxx has more than 10 years of experience working on sewer, water, storm sewer, and street projects throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area and rural communities across North Dakota. From funding for smaller communities and their utility replacement projects to designing subdivisions and their utility systems, Xxxxx has worked on numerous infrastructure projects that have helped improve the region for existing and future residents. Xxxxx Xxxx serves as a Practice Leader for Stantec and brings a wealth of experience on a diverse mix of project types spanning all sectors of development. Over the past seventeen years, he has assembled a team of over 60 professionals serving clients through planning, due diligence, entitlements, design and construction. Xxxxx strives to achieve the business and development goals for every client through his commitment to understanding client needs, forming a team with both the technical expertise and drive, to deliver successful outcomes.
