EXTRA DUTY SALARIES. Employees who perform extra-curricular duties shall be paid in accordance with the Extra Duty Salary Schedule which is attached hereto as Appendix A. Payment for extra- curricular duties shall only be made if and when contractual duties for the extra-curricular position are actually performed. If the Board determines the need to create a new extra-curricular position, the Board shall have the right to create the position. Should the need arise for co-advisors of any given position, rate of compensation shall be mutually agreed upon between the Association Executive Committee and the Superintendent. A Supplemental Review Committee shall be established for purposes of reviewing, on an annual basis, the status of the supplemental positions in the District. The Committee shall consist of two (2) representatives of the Board (including the Superintendent and one (1) other member of the administrative team) and two (2) representatives of the Association (including one (1) athletic position holder representative and one (1) non-athletic position holder representative). The Committee shall meet at least annually during the term of this Agreement.
EXTRA DUTY SALARIES. Each teacher assigned an extra duty in addition to their regular classroom assignment shall be paid in accordance with the extra duty salary schedule attached as Appendix 3.

EXTRA DUTY SALARIES. A. Compensation for Department Chairs for which supplemental positions have been established shall be paid in accordance with the co-curricular activities schedule. Department Chairs may be disciplined or removed only in accordance with the Article pertaining to Just Cause of this Agreement. A TEACHER accepting a coaching position in another activity will be placed on the first level. 3. A TEACHER who served as an assistant coach in an activity at the Middle School for two or more years and then accepts a position as an assistant coach at the High School in the same activity will be placed on the second level. 4. A TEACHER who served as an assistant coach in an activity at the Middle School for any number of years and accepts a position of head coach at the High School in the same activity will be placed on the first level. 5. EXTRA DUTY SALARIES. The supplemental salary classification schedule appears in Article 32 of this Agreement. The supplemental salaries shall be increased the same percentage as increases to the BA-0 base salary. 30.02.1 When a change from one classification to another takes place on the supplemental salary classification schedule that does not involve a change in position, the accrued experience shall be granted in the new classification. 30.02.2 To be considered for a Class VIII supplemental, employees must submit their request for consideration in writing to the Superintendent. An employee thus employed in a Class VIII will receive a one (1) year limited supplemental contract. All supplemental contracts for teachers are issued for a period of one year and expire automatically and without the necessity of nonrenewal or other Board of Education action.

  • Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: 12.2 The minima defined in this Article shall apply to AAUP-represented adjuncts on a pro-rated basis proportional to their percent of full- time.

  • Bonuses Executive shall be entitled to participate in discretionary bonuses or other incentive compensation programs that the Company and the Bank may award from time to time to senior management employees pursuant to bonus plans or otherwise.

  • Extra Compensation The Board shall pay no fees, other than described above, to the PA/E unless authorized by the Board as follows: A. If the scope of the Project or site is changed, the Board and the PA/E shall negotiate a reasonable fee based upon the probable estimated construction cost in changing the scope of the work and the approximate percentage of the estimated construction cost which was used to negotiate this Agreement if, and, as such may be applicable. B. If the DOE or Board requires the PA/E to make major or costly changes to the Schematic, Preliminary or Construction Document Phase submittals, which changes are not caused by architectural or engineering error or oversight, the PA/E shall be paid to redesign for additional expenses in an amount agreed to by the parties. Under no circumstances will the principals of the PA/E and the principals of his consultants be paid a fee in excess of $125.00 per hour.

  • Wages A transferring employee will be paid in accordance with the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Full Compensation Subrecipient agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Subrecipient of all its duties and obligations hereunder.

  • Sick Leave Pay A Nurse granted sick leave shall be paid for the period of such leave at her or his regular hourly rate of pay and the number of hours thus paid shall be deducted from the accumulated sick leave credits of the Nurse.
