Facility Scheduling. City will notify MMSD of spring Facility availability by January 15 and fall Facility availability by June 15. City will notify MMSD by March 1 of confirmation of scheduling of Facilities for spring programs, and by August 1 for fall programs.

Facility Scheduling. Scheduling is on a first come, first serve basis. Permission to use the Scottsdale Airport Aviation Business Center does not imply endorsement of the organization or approval of the program contents by the City of Scottsdale. Neither the name or address of the Scottsdale Airport may be used as an official address or headquarters of any organization. All facility use must have an applicant present (at least 18 years or older) who is responsible for the participants attending.

Fees for the meeting rooms includes the use of projector/drop- down screen, reception lobby/lounge area, and use of meeting room tables/chairs. The Scottsdale Airport will not provide additional A/V equipment. Licensee may bring their own A/V equipment or order from an outside vendor, however the Scottsdale Airport offers no guarantee on compatibility of outside equipment. If additional A/V equipment is required, Licensee is responsible for arranging rental of equipment, set-up and dismantling. The Scottsdale Airport wants to make every event here a special and welcome experience, and every effort will be made to allow renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and wall. Any damage will be charged after the event. Licensee is responsible for the cleanliness of meeting facility upon conclusion of event: • All used paper, plastic xxxx, bottles and cans must be placed in trash receptacles • Leftover food must be placed in trash receptacles and/or taken away • Decorations installed by the Licensee must be removed Licensee may coordinate food and beverages from our on-site restaurant, Volanti Restaurant and Lounge, LLC or may bring in food. Facility Scheduling. In an effort to xxxxxx cooperation and ensure the success of this MOU, the Director of CCPR, or said Director’s designee, and the Superintendent of the BOE, or said Superintendent’s designee, will meet no less than once yearly. The focus of these meetings will be to discuss any issues or complications as a result of the use of the other’s facilities and to seek an immediate and fair resolution to any problems that might arise. CCPR shall be given preferential treatment in its position on the priority schedule, under BOE Policy #8120 and its related procedures, which are used for determining what groups may have the use of BOE facilities. The priority schedule is as follows: 1st Priority: Any curricular, co-curricular or extracurricular program of BOE 2nd Priority: Any group which is directly affiliated with BOE 3rd Priority: Any curricular, co-curricular or extracurricular program of CCPR 4th Priority: Any governmental agency (other than CCPR), educational institutions, or approved day care programs 5th Priority: Nonprofit organizations 6th Priority: Uses by other groups as approved by the BOE The BOE shall be afforded priority in regard to scheduling the use of County facilities for BOE use. The priority schedule is as follows during scheduled activities: 1st Priority: Xxxxxxx County operated or contracted programs. 2nd Priority: BOE activities at facilities specified within this MOU. 3rd Priority: Youth Sports Providers (recreational sports programs) with approved Youth Sports Provider Agreement. 4th Priority: Youth Sports Providers (travel / competitive sports programs) with approved Youth Sports Provider Agreement. 5th Priority: BOE activities not specified within this MOU. Parties will submit requests for additions, deletions, and/or changes in programs to the other party’s liaison, or its designee, not less than seven (7) days prior to the date of the adjustment unless otherwise noted in this MOU. Facility Scheduling. HRM has full authority for scheduling and usage monitoring of all school facilities when not required for educational purposes. As per the FLA Category 1 model, this will be carried out through the Community Board. Scheduling and maintenance of the athletic field will be carried out by HRM, and may be designated to the Community Board after separate consideration of the benefits to both parties. The Halifax Regional School Board has worked cooperatively with HRM staff in the preparation of the proposed JUA for this project. Approval of the terms and conditions has been confirmed by the HRSB at the March 20th meeting of the Board.
