Jury Duty/Crown Witness. 20.01 Employees subpoenaed as a crown witness or for jury duty shall be paid the difference between their normal daily wages and the amount they receive for such public duty.

Jury Duty/Crown Witness. 18.6 The Corporation shall pay an employee, who is required for Jury Duty or subpoenaed as a witness on behalf of the Corporation, the difference between her regular hourly rate and the payment received for such activity, excluding travel and meal expenses. Jury Duty/Crown Witness. 30.01 An employee who is called for jury duty/subpoenaed witness shall be excused from work for the days of which he serves and he shall receive, for each such day of jury duty or subpoenaed witness on which he, otherwise, would have worked, the difference between his normal hours of work at his normal hourly rate, and payment he receives for jury duty/subpoenaed witness. The employee will present proof of services and the amount of pay received therefore. The Company’s liability is limited to forty (40) working days per occurrence.
