Non-Bargaining Unit Work. No employee will be regularly required to perform any work under the jurisdiction of any other bargaining unit other than the work performed by bargaining units having members assigned to the O.U. Police Department. Provided, however, employees shall be required to maintain their personal and assigned equipment, lunch area, office area, and assigned patrol vehicle (interior only) and the property room in accordance with O.U. Police rules, regulations and directives. No employee shall be required to clean or maintain any departmental office space, equipment, storage area or vehicle, other than as specified above.

No employee will be required to perform on a regular basis, any work under the jurisdiction of other bargaining units, except such as may represent Police Officer Supervisors. Nothing herein contained shall be construed such that bargaining unit personnel would be permitted to refuse to follow all lawful orders or to carry out work assignments as provided to them by their supervisors regardless of the nature thereof.
Non-Bargaining Unit Work. Full-duty employees shall not perform work duties regularly assigned to non-unit employees (e.g. Communications and Records Bureau, carpentry, plumbing, painting and other craft work, etc.) except as call-backs.

The TTEA unit nurse will remain the case manager for the student’s medical needs. Each TTEA unit nurse shall bring to the supervisor’s attention any situation in which the nurse has a question about priorities and use of work time.
Non-Bargaining Unit Work. 30.1 Neither students nor other employees of the School Department shall perform work normally performed by the bargaining unit. However, upon approval from the Superintendent or designee and Council 94 president nothing herein shall prevent a parent and/or student volunteer project in the region and/or a student discipline work program.
