Perfect Attendance Award. To reward the Secretarial/Clerical unit employees who exercise particular care in the maintenance of their personal health and job attendance during the school year, the Board and the FOPE provide a perfect attendance award. Any Secretarial/Clerical unit employee who works the full school year without any absenteeism (excluding jury duty leave) shall be eligible for the award. Any Secretarial/Clerical unit employee who had perfect attendance during the school year shall receive a check in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00). The perfect attendance award is an annual benefit for Secretarial/Clerical unit employees who had perfect attendance during the school year. Checks shall be distributed by the last day of July, minus applicable taxes.

Perfect Attendance Award. After employment in the Harlem School District for one (1) school year, employees shall be eligible to receive one hundred dollars ($100) per school year quarter, starting July 1st, for perfect attendance. These employees will receive a maximum of four hundred dollars ($400) for perfect attendance for the entire school year. In addition, twelve (12) month employees shall receive an additional sixty dollars ($60) for perfect attendance during the non-student attendance days of the summer. Vacation days and jury duty days are exempt from counting against perfect attendance.

Perfect Attendance Award. (a) Employees who have maintained a record free of any absence, except for those absences that are a result of an approved FML, in any immediate back rolling in a rolling six (6) month period will be eligible to be paid an amount equal to one shift of pay at the employees straight time hourly rate of pay for full-time employees and one half (1/2) shift of pay at the employee straight time hourly rate of pay for part time employees. The employee shall have the choice of the receiving the bonus as pay or banking the equivalent number of shift hours to their PTO. A weekend only employee (x.x. Xxxxxx) who qualifies under this Section will receive one (1) shift of pay at their straight time hourly rate of pay. For the purposes of this Section, shift means the employee’s shift designation in the Employer’s payroll system. Part-time Baylor employees are not able to bank the time. (b) To be eligible for payment under this Section, the employee must submit an application form to their immediate Supervisor when they become eligible for receipt of the bonus. Eligibility is based on a back-rolling calendar from the date the form is submitted. If payment eligibility is established, the calendar starts anew and eligibility for a subsequent payment cannot be established for at least 6 months. (c) The employee is responsible for keeping track of their eligibility for the bonus and for submitting their application as provided in the previous paragraph. The immediate Supervisor is responsible for making the necessary eligibility information available to the employee.

In both cases vacation will be awarded to the Employee in the next year’s vacation allotment. (b) All Employees must have worked one (1) full year to qualify. (c) An Employee on any leave(s), except vacation, for a period of six (6) months or more in a calendar year are deemed ineligible for the perfect attendance award.

Perfect Attendance Award. 1. The Board of Education has established a fund of $750.00 for the perfect attendance program for full-time employees only. For purposes of calculating perfect attendance, an employee may use his or her personal days and still be eligible for perfect attendance. Vacation and funeral days are not included in the perfect attendance definition. Any sick days taken, whether a full day, a half-day or 6 hours sick no charge will eliminate any candidate from the perfect attendance award. There will be no extra vacation day given for the award in lieu of the $750.00 per person.
