Quarantined. A Long Term Occasional Teacher shall be granted a leave of absence with pay as a result of being quarantined or otherwise prevented by order of the Medical Officer of Health from attending upon their duties. It is understood that such payment by the Board shall only be for the period of time the Occasional Teacher would have been otherwise employed in the occasional teaching assignment.

Guidance: This reporting in not required for the Performance-Based Compliance Approach pursuant to 14 CCR Section 18998.2(a)(3).
