Social Dialogue. The Crédit Agricole S.A. Group and UNI state that listening and consultation are key aspects of trust between social partners, which ensure progress on both the individual and the collective level. The parties are convinced that their relationship must take the form of regular and constructive dialogue. They maintain that dialogue and consultation remain the best method for resolving problems or differences of position. Thus, the parties undertake to first seek solutions through dialogue over any other form of action. In concrete terms, they agree to meet regularly and whenever necessary in order to seek an understanding of each other's positions and find a satisfactory compromise, taking into account the necessary economic and social balance. The banking sector is part of a general context of major technological, economic, social or regulatory transformation. Anticipation of and adaptation to these changes is an essential condition for the Group’s economic performance, guaranteeing that employment is maintained and developed and good working conditions are maintained. In order to deal with these changes under the best possible conditions, the entities are invited, in compliance with applicable national law, to regularly inform employee representatives and, within the framework of existing locally bodies or forums, to discuss the Group's strategy and how it adapts to their environment. To enable employees to plan for the long term and to strengthen mutual trust between management and employees, any company restructuring plan that will have a significant impact on the employment situation within a company belonging to the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group will be announced on a timely basis. A dialogue will be initiated from the beginning of the process between the representatives of the Employees and those of the local Management to seek socially responsible solutions with particular care given in the event of collective redundancies. This voluntary undertaking shall not diminish any specific legal rights and provisions within the European Economic Area or any other rights or collective agreements concluded at the national or company level. Social Dialogue. A regular dialogue shall be established between the Parties on all social issues of mutual interest.

Our activities in the further development of social dialogue shall be based on the present best practice in this field in the implementation in Slovenia. This shall be the base for the preparation of an appropriate act to regulate the material and personnel possibilities for the operation of the Economic and Social Council and which shall be placed in the adoption procedure in agreement with the social partners. We shall regulate our relations, membership, operation and organisation of the Economic and Social Council and its relation towards the institutions in the country and towards the European Economic and Social Committee in full agreement with the amended rules of operation of the Economic and Social Council. We agree that its operation determined by these rules must include all fields addressed in the present Social Agreement. The Government and the social partners shall strive to establish a balanced structure of the managing boards of public institutions and to implement necessary changes in legislation resulting in a greater influence of social partners on the work of the managing boards. Social Dialogue. A successful HIV/AIDS policy and program requires cooperation, trust and dialogue between employers, workers, and governments. Screening for purposes of employment - HIV/AIDS screening should not be required of job applicants or persons in employment, and testing for HIV should not be carried out at the workplace except as specified in this code. Confidentiality - Access to personal data relating to a worker’s HIV status should be bound by the rules of confidentiality consistent with existing ILO codes of practice. Continuing the employment relationship - HIV infection is not a cause for termination of employment. Persons with HIV-related illnesses should be able to work for as long as medically fit in appropriate conditions. Prevention - The social partners are in a unique position to promote prevention efforts through information and education; and support changes in attitudes and behaviour. Social Dialogue. The Group applies the national laws and regulations on the recognition of trade unions in the entities that it is comprised of. It complies with its local collective bargaining obligations and complies with the agreements, regardless of their level, signed within the Group. In compliance with the commitments of the ILO, the Group undertakes to comply with the fundamental right of collective bargaining and social dialogue. It recognises the value of collec- tive bargaining with the trade union organisations or with the other staff representatives when they exist in the company. In compliance with applicable national regulations, when collec- tive bargaining is initiated, the managers of BNP Paribas take part in this bargaining openly, in a constructive manner and in good faith with the trade unions that are present and/or recognised or with the other staff representatives and seek, as much as possible, to reach an agreement. Compliance with and involvement in the functioning of the local, national and transnational representative institutions of the per- sonnel, as well as the quality of open, constructive and regular social dialogue with the trade unions and the other staff repre- sentatives are key factors that contribute to the development and performance of the Group’s entities, support for transformation, improvement in the working conditions of the employees and the development of good labour practices.
Social Dialogue. 1- The Valeo Group will respect for the autonomy and the independence of unions in compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.
