Technical Scope. (i) The Parties expect to employ common equipment already in place and to utilize the Internet, World Wide Web or other appropriate communications network or infrastructure (for example, or Integrated Service Digital Network). Problems regarding compatibility of technological equipment (e.g., band width for video teleconferencing and alphanumeric transfers) shall be brought to the attention of the Parties and expeditiously resolved by mutual agreement of the Parties. (ii) The information exchange will be limited to atmospheric dispersion modeling products, graphical displays, textual information of the source term and predictive results, and teleconferencing and other discussions of mutual interest on the information exchange, during hypothetical, non-military nuclear emergency event simulations. In the event of an actual non- military, nuclear emergency event during the prototype development and evaluation period, representatives of JAERI and DOE will confer by the best available means (e.g., phone, facsimile, or electronic mail) to discuss utilization of the prototype link for information exchange. B. During the development and implementation of the prototype communications link, the Parties shall explore relationships of this information exchange program to other emergency information exchange programs, including the Global Emergency Management Information Network Initiative project as well as related programs and activities of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

The Supplier’s proposed solution could differ from the illustration, however in areas where NRK has very bespoke needs or expects changing business or user requirements, a separate system or integration is preferred to an “all-in-one” solution. Likewise, the integration between new and existing systems where the business logic or domain is important and may change due to changing business flows or requirements, NRK wants to own or be a part of the system-integration, see 3.3 and 6.5 for more information. Technical Scope. This section covers the requirements associated with the installation, additions and replacements of the Security Control systems in the Dane County Jail. Specifically in the Public Safety Building, City-County Building, and Dane County Courthouse. The vendor is to furnish a price that includes all equipment, materials, labor, engineering and programming to provide complete and professionally installed systems in optimum working order. Vendor is to furnish a price that includes any and all connectors, cable strain relief, hardware, transformers, power supplies, rack panels, interfaces, fasteners, wire harnessing material, bushings and any other incidentals required for complete and proper functioning of the proposed system. The Security Control systems proposed must be a turnkey solution. Vendor is to provide Dane County, in-person training on the installed systems and software operation. Vendor is to provide 1 year of technical support on the entire system and any software upgrades that become available and will commence on the date the work is completed to the County’s satisfaction and is fully operational. This support shall include telephone support the same day as reported problem or question. For serious incidents of equipment failure or malfunction, on-site support shall be provided within 2 hours of notification of problem. Serious incidents include but are not limited to any failure or malfunction which will substantially affect jail security or operations as determined by the Dane County Sheriff’s Office. The vendor will consult and work closely with Dane County Sheriff’s Office staff before, during and after the installation to ensure successful completion of the project.
Technical Scope. Both CDS and PASS are cloud-based applications accessible via the web using either MS Chrome or MS Edge internet browser. Each User will have secure login credentials required to access the application(s). The CDS application requires multi-factor authentication (“MFA”). Therefore, each Users must use a smart phone and download an approved MFA application to access the CDS application. Approved MFA applications are: Okta Verify, Google Authenticator, and Microsoft Authenticator. Users will need to provide the cell phone number for the smart phone they will use for the MFA to IHIE.MFA verification is required every 24hours. Therefore, Users will need access to their work/personal cell phone to perform the authentication to access CDS. Users will need to provide a secure email address to IHIE to enroll in the MFA process. The email address should be a secure email supplied by the organization (not Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo, AOL, etc.) Group User Training (live, recorded, webcast, and/or printed) will be provided during the implementation and Go Live period.

Technical Scope. The broad technical scope described herein includes all RDT&E services and other R&D-related analytical services. These services may support all aspects of identified or potential military, national security-related, and dual use applications of related technologies and methods, as well as the development of tools and techniques that enhance the mission of the DoD Research and Engineering community. TOs can be multi-million dollar efforts, may involve multi-year performance, may involve work for other than DoD customers, may be performed at multiple worldwide locations (to include performance outside the United States), may require Top Secret facility clearance, and may require personnel clearances up to Top Secret (compartmented and collateral). TOs are not Government-staff augmentation support services. The level of research and analysis are above and beyond that provided by the BCOs.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin. b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity. c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated in accordance with GCC Clause 33.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.

  • Manufacturing Technology Transfer Except as the Committee ------------ --------------------------------- may otherwise agree in writing, in order to effectuate an orderly transition of the uninterrupted availability of Product to LILLY for purposes contemplated under this Agreement, MEGABIOS, at least ninety (90) days prior to completion of the Project or completion of Phase I Clinical Trials, whichever is earlier, shall transfer to LILLY all information and instructions concerning the manufacturing process and related matters in MEGABIOS' possession which may be necessary for LILLY to manufacture Product (including information regarding obtaining necessary Lipids related thereto) for clinical trials and commercialization as contemplated hereunder including, but not limited to, analytical and manufacturing methods. MEGABIOS shall also provide assistance (in the form of consultation) to LILLY with respect to manufacturing matters for a period of [ * ] months after completion of the initial transfer of information and instructions as provided below. Such transfer and assistance by MEGABIOS will be referred to herein as the "Manufacturing Transfer." All such information, methods and instructions transferred to LILLY under this Section 4.3 shall be referred to herein as the "Manufacturing Information," and shall be maintained in confidence by LILLY pursuant to Section 7.1, except that LILLY's obligation to maintain in confidence such Manufacturing Information shall survive for ten (10) years following expiration or termination of this Agreement. LILLY agrees that it will use all such transferred Manufacturing Information only for the manufacture of the Products and shall not disclose or transfer such Manufacturing Information to any third party manufacturer except as provided in Section 2.10.   • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
