Staff in the Center determine which services the customer may need and refer to the appropriate partner agency. A note is made on IWDS as to the referral and staff follow up with the partner agency to determine the outcome of the referral. IDES/ Migrant & Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFW) – The specific methods for referrals among partners will be developed as part of the process mapping work to be undertaken in PY 2017. Until process mapping is completed, IDES will participate in cross training with partners, use a partner referral form agreed to by partners for mutual referrals and maintain appropriate referral records, and seek co-enrollment for participants in career services and/or training. Priorities are ensuring that MSFWs have access to WIOA services offered by all the partners and that any customers seeking services are referred to the appropriate partner in the one-stop delivery system.
