UNION RIGHTS 7. M 1 consultation meeting where they believe a resolution of a problem or problems 2 may be feasible. The party requesting such a meeting shall, in writing, submit an 3 agenda to allow an understanding of the problem to be discussed or resolved and 4 the date, place, and time requested. The receiving party shall, within three (3) 5 work days, notify the requesting party of agreement or non-agreement to the 6 meeting. Such meeting shall not be unreasonably denied. Meetings shall be 7 held during Union members' non-working hours. Neither party shall have more 8 than three (3) representatives at any such meeting unless mutually agreed to prior 9 to the meeting. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance 10 procedure and shall not constitute any invitation to renegotiate any provisions of 11 the Agreement.

  • Union Rights Section One. Employer representatives shall deal exclusively with Union designated stewards or representatives in the processing of grievances or any other aspect of contract administration.

  • Termination Rights This Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Closing:

  • FEDERATION RIGHTS Section 1. In the event the Federation designates a member employee to act in the capacity as official spokesperson for the Federation on any matter, such a designation shall be made in writing and shall specify the period covered by the designation.

  • Reversion Rights An employee serving a trial service period may voluntarily revert at any time or the Employer, with one (1) working day’s written notice, may revert an employee who does not successfully complete their trial service period. The Employer will provide seven (7) calendar days’ written notice if the employee is reverted to a different institution or regional office. Reversion will be to a funded permanent position within the Agency that is:

  • ASSOCIATION RIGHTS The Association and its members shall have the right to:

  • Termination Right The Representative shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time prior to any Closing Date, (i) if any domestic or international event or act or occurrence has materially disrupted, or in its opinion will in the immediate future materially disrupt, general securities markets in the United States; or (ii) if trading on any Trading Market shall have been suspended or materially limited, or minimum or maximum prices for trading shall have been fixed, or maximum ranges for prices for securities shall have been required by FINRA or by order of the Commission or any other government authority having jurisdiction, or (iii) if the United States shall have become involved in a new war or an increase in major hostilities, or (iv) if a banking moratorium has been declared by a New York State or federal authority, or (v) if a moratorium on foreign exchange trading has been declared which materially adversely impacts the United States securities markets, or (vi) if the Company shall have sustained a material loss by fire, flood, accident, hurricane, earthquake, theft, sabotage or other calamity or malicious act which, whether or not such loss shall have been insured, will, in the Representative’s opinion, make it inadvisable to proceed with the delivery of the Securities, or (vii) if the Company is in material breach of any of its representations, warranties or covenants hereunder, or (viii) if the Representative shall have become aware after the date hereof of such a material adverse change in the conditions or prospects of the Company, or such adverse material change in general market conditions as in the Representative’s judgment would make it impracticable to proceed with the offering, sale and/or delivery of the Securities or to enforce contracts made by the Underwriters for the sale of the Securities.

  • ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES A. The Board agrees to furnish to the Association in response to reasonable requests from time to time, available information in the public domain.
