VACATION, PERSONAL DAYS AND HOLIDAYS. (SEE ARTICLE 18 FOR PAY TREATMENT OF PART-TIME EMPLOYEES)
VACATION, PERSONAL DAYS AND HOLIDAYS. Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation and personal days as follows: Employee shall be entitled to two (2) weeks vacation (after five (5) years of employment with Employer, three (3) weeks), which vacation shall be taken by Employee at reasonable times and on or before each anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement. On each anniversary of the Effective Date, Employee shall have the right to elect to be paid for any unused vacation day (but not personal days) at the then current salary of Employee. Unused vacation and personal days may be carried over if not taken prior to December 1st. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to such holidays as Employer elects to provide for its employees generally.

  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (28 business days) of vacation, and also sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company’s policies established and in effect from time to time.

  • Vacations and Holidays The Executive will be entitled to three (3) weeks' paid vacation each calendar year in accordance with the vacation policies of the Employer in effect for its executive officers from time to time. The Executive will also be entitled to the paid holidays and other paid leave set forth in the Employer's policies. Vacation days during any calendar year that are not used by the Executive during such calendar year may be used in any subsequent calendar year; provided, however, that no more than six weeks' paid vacation may be accrued or carried forward.

  • Vacation and Holidays Executive will receive four weeks of paid vacation each year in addition to all holidays observed by the Company and its subsidiaries. Executive may carry over, in the aggregate, up to four weeks of unused vacation to a subsequent year. Any unused vacation time in excess of four weeks will not accumulate or carry over from one calendar year to the next. Each calendar year, Executive shall take not less than one (1) week vacation.

  • Vacation, Holidays and Sick Leave During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation, paid holidays and sick leave in accordance with the Company's standard policies for its senior executive officers.

  • Vacation; Holidays The Executive shall be entitled to all public holidays observed by the Company and vacation days in accordance with the applicable vacation policies for senior executives of the Company, which shall be taken at a reasonable time or times.

  • Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays If the last or appointed day for the taking of any action or the expiration of any right required or granted herein shall be a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. federal holiday, then such action may be taken or such right may be exercised on the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or U.S. federal holiday.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

  • Holidays The following days are observed as holidays by state agencies in accordance with section 110.117, F.S.: • New Year’s Day • Birthday of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx., third Monday in January • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Veterans’ Day, November 11 • Thanksgiving Day • Friday after Thanksgiving • Christmas Day If any of these holidays falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday. If any of these holidays falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as a holiday. Customers may have additional holiday(s) observed specifically by the Customer which will be detailed in the Customer’s order.

  • Holidays and Vacation Executive shall be eligible for paid holiday and vacation time in accordance with Company policy as in effect from time to time and made available to Company’s senior management employees.

  • Personal Time Off Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to executives.
