Vacation, Sick and Personal Leave. A. The Employee shall be entitled to a total of 20 days of paid vacation each calendar year, which he may use in accordance with the Bank’s announced policy that is in effect from time-to-time. The Employee may take his vacation at such times that do not interfere with the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

Vacation, Sick and Personal Leave. For each contract year, beginning with the 2016-2017 contract year, the SUPERINTENDENT shall receive twenty (20) working days of vacation annually, exclusive of legal holidays. Vacation taken in excess of five (5) consecutive school days, during winter and/or spring vacation periods, or when school is in session shall be taken only subject to the approval of the BOARD. Each contract year, the SUPERINTENDENT may roll over up to a maximum of five (5) unused vacation days for use during the subsequent contract year, which will be forfeited if not used during said subsequent contract year. All other unused vacation days remaining at the end of each contract year shall be forfeited. The SUPERINTENDENT agrees that the terms of this Section provide the SUPERINTENDENT with a reasonable and adequate opportunity to use or otherwise be compensated for all of said paid vacation days, and that this Agreement constitutes reasonable notice to the SUPERINTENDENT of its terms. The SUPERINTENDENT shall be granted sick leave each contract year in the same amount as provided to the ISBE-licensed professional staff. Unused sick leave days shall accumulate without limitation. Sick leave shall be used in accordance with the School Code and BOARD policy. The SUPERINTENDENT may use up to three (3) paid sick leave days per contract year as personal leave.

Vacation, Sick and Personal Leave. The Employee shall receive vacation, sick and personal leave as provided to other non- affiliated employees. The Employee shal1 receive 6.2 hours of vacation leave per pay period (160 hours per year). The Employee may carryover up to fifty percent (50%) of his vacation (a maximum of 240 hours) into the new fiscal year, consistent with current City policy for non-affiliated employees. The Employee shall receive 3.7 hours of sick leave per pay period (96 hours) upon hire. The Employee may accumulate up to a maximum of 1,040 hours, consistent with current City policy for non-affiliated employees. The Employee shall receive 40 hours of personal leave per year at the start of new fiscal year (January 2018), consistent with current City policy for non-affiliated employees.

Vacation, Sick and Personal Leave. In addition to the same holidays to which12-month executive employees are entitled, the CEO shall annually earn 38 days of paid vacation days for each year of this Second Contract and may carry over up to 15 days of vacation leave for each Contract year. Semiannually of each Contract year, the CEO may be paid at her option for any days of unused vacation days at her then per diem annual base salary. The CEO may accrue up to 40 days of vacation, which if not used, will be compensable upon termination of this Second Contract at the CEO’s applicable per diem annual base salary. The CEO shall receive a payment for all accrued personal leave, at the time of separation of employment at the CEO’s applicable per diem rate of annual base salary at the time of termination. The CEO annually shall earn 18 days of sick leave per Contract year and may carry over any unused sick leave from year to year of this second Contract. Upon termination of this Second Contract, the CEO shall receive payment for one day’s sick pay for each four days of unused accumulated sick leave at her per diem rate of annual base salary daily at the time of termination.
