Assignment of School Resource Officer. The City shall assign one law enforcement officer to serve as an SRO at the School facility. The City may change the law enforcement officer assigned to participate as an SRO at any time during the Term of this Agreement. The law enforcement officer shall work consistent with the school calendar, as may be amended, for eight (8) hours a day, for one hundred eighty (180) days per school calendar year on days that students are in attendance. In the event that there are less than 175 days of school, the City agrees to prorate this Agreement to reflect the actual dates of service, and the School shall receive a credit or reimbursement of all amounts prorated.

Assignment of School Resource Officer. A. The County shall assign one (1) regularly employed Deputy Sheriff to serve as SRO who shall serve throughout FMCC pursuant to a schedule to be determined in conjunction with the administration of the college and the Montgomery County Sheriff, which will allow for regular rendition of services at said college. B. The SRO shall report directly to the undersheriff of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, who, as the SRO's supervisor, will work with the school administration of FMCC in providing for the rendition of SRO services as outlined herein.

The Sheriff shall assign two (2) regularly employed deputies to provide services as School Resource Officers to the following schools located within Larimer County, which are outside the city limits of Fort Xxxxxxx: Cache La Poudre Elementary School Cache La Poudre Middle School Xxxxxxxx Elementary School Livermore Elementary School Red Feather Elementary School Rice Elementary School Stove Prairie Elementary School Wellington Middle School (a) All other schools which come into existence during the term of this Agreement which are located within th e Poudre School District a nd that portion of the County outside the city limits of Fort Xxxxxxx or the Town of Timnath, upon written agreement by the Sheriff. (b) There will be no SROs assigned to Charter Schools under the terms of this Agreement. 2. The SROs shall commence providing full time services at least two days prior to the commencement of the District's fall semester of each year during the term of this Agreement. Such services shall end two weeks following the last day of the spring semester. Summer school is not included within this Agreement. 3. As each SRO is assigned to multiple schools, each SRO shall have an office in at least one of the schools. The location and specifications of the offices shall be designated and approved by the District's Executive Director of Operations and building principal. 4. The Sheriff or Sheriff's designee shall assign the duties of supervision of the SROs to the SRO Supervisor. Such supervisor shall oversee the SRO and shall perform scheduled and non-scheduled visits to the schools. When practicable, during scheduled visits, the supervisor shall meet with the SRO and school administrators and any staff designated by the principal. The SRO Supervisor shall also be responsible for temporarily assuming the duties of SROs who are out due to illness or other short-term absence. The SRO Supervisor shall assist with classroom teaching and other training provided to the District. This position shall be subject to funding as outlined in Article IX. 5. When practicable, the SRO Supervisor, the SROs and the District's Security Manager or his/her designee shall meet weekly at a time and location to be determined by the parties to discuss problems, issues and concerns as they arise. 6. Assignment of School Resource Officer. (1) The City shall assign one (1) regularly employed police officer to serve as SRO who shall serve the following schools: Xxxxxxx County High and Xxxxxxx County Middle, pursuant to a schedule to be determined in conjunction with the principals of such schools, the Superintendent of Xxxxxxx County School District, the Mayor of Carrollton, and the Chief of Police of the City, which will allow for regular rendition of services at said schools. In addition, the SRO shall perform services on an as needed basis in the School District's elementary schools, and the schedule to be devised will allow for such. (2) The SRO shall report directly to Chief of Police, within the Carrollton Police Department, who, as the SRO's supervisor, will work with the school administration of the Board in providing for the rendition of SRO services as outlined herein.
Assignment of School Resource Officer. (1) The Borough shall assign two regularly employed police officers to serve as school resource officers who shall serve the following schools: Solanco High School, Xxxxx Middle School, Swift Middle School, Bart-Colerain Elementary School, Clermont Elementary School, Providence Elementary School, and Quarryville Elementary School pursuant to a schedule to be determined in conjunction with the principals of such schools, the Superintendent of the School District the Mayor of the Borough and the Borough Chief of Police, which will allow for regular rendition of services at said schools. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the School District expressly acknowledges and agrees that the school resource officers shall not provide services in any municipality other than the Borough until the governing body of such municipality has entered into an agreement with the Borough pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act authorizing members of the Borough Police Department to provide police services within the portion of the municipality containing a school identified in this paragraph. The School District expressly acknowledges and agrees that if a municipality does not enter into such an agreement with the Borough, the school resource officers shall have no jurisdiction in such municipality and cannot perform the duties set forth in this Agreement other than serving as an instructor as identified in Article II, clause (D)(1). (2) The school resource officers shall report directly to Borough Chief of Police Borough Police Department, who, as the school resource officer's supervisor, will work with the school administration of the local School Board of Directors in providing for the rendition of school resource officer services as outlined herein.
Assignment of School Resource Officer. The City of Xxxxxx agrees to provide a School Resource Officer to serve Cheney Public Schools for 180 days per calendar year. The officer’s workplace will be at Xxxxxx High School or as based upon CSD needs. The chief of police, in conjunction with the superintendent of Cheney Public Schools (and any other school personnel determined by the superintendent) will determine which police officer will assume the roles and responsibilities of a school resource officer. The officer’s schedule will be determined in collaboration with CPS in order to maintain a positive and safe school environment for students under the direction of Cheney Public Schools and the Cheney Police Department. The chief of police or another designated scheduling officer will approve vacations, sick leaves, and other leaves of absence for the SRO. The SRO will communicate approved vacation, sick leaves, trainings, or any other leave that impacts SRO presence in schools with the CPS superintendent / designee. The school resource officer shall remain an employee of the City and shall not be an employee of CPS. CPS acknowledges that the school resource officer will remain responsive to the command of the Xxxxxx Police Department.

A written annual evaluation of the SRO using an evaluation form jointly developed by the City and CPS must be completed before the end of the school year. The SRO must receive the training series required under RCW 28A.320.1242(1)(a)(iii). The City shall provide documentation that the SRO training series has been completed or describe the plan for the SRO to complete the training series within the first six months of working on school property when students are expected to be present. All training shall be the responsibility of the City, and all trainings costs will be shared equally between the City and CPS. The SRO’s schedule will be determined in collaboration with CPS in order to maintain a positive and safe school environment for students under the direction of CPS and the Xxxxxx Police Department. The chief of police or another designated scheduling officer will approve vacations, sick leaves, and other leaves of absence for the SRO. Assignment of School Resource Officer. The city shall assign one regularly employed police officer to serve as SRO, who shall serve the following schools:____, pursuant to a schedule to be determined by the police department as requested by the principals of such schools. If a trained SRO becomes unavailable for any reason under this agreement (e.g., sickness, workers compensation, military leave, medical leave, disability, retirement), the city cannot guarantee a replacement. If the school district wishes to utilize a replacement on a temporary or permanent basis and if the available replacement subjects the city to additional costs not contemplated in the agreement herein, the school district agrees that it will pay for any increased costs associated with such replacement and the budget in Section IV shall be increased in such amount. If the city is unable to provide a replacement, and the costs to the city under this agreement are less than the budget specified in Section IV, the city shall refund the unused portion to the school district. The SRO shall report directly to the day supervisor/sergeant within the______ Police Department, who, as the SRO’s supervisor, will communicate with the_____________[school safety coordinator, school principal or District superintendent] of the school to ensure the rendition of SRO services as outlined herein.

(2) The SROs shall report directly to the Sheriff within the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Department, who, as the SROs’ employer, will work with the school administration of the Board in providing for the rendition of SRO services as outlined herein and further described in the 2021 - 2022 Gallatin County Schools School Resource Officer (SRO) PERFORMANCE DUTIES and referenced as Attachment A to this Agreement.
Assignment of School Resource Officer. The Township agrees to assign one (1) Class III Police Officer to the School District for the duration of the 2021-2022 school calendar year subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. The School Resource Officer shall have primary contact with Superintendent of the Franklin Township School District and the School Principals at each of the Schools, but remains the employee of the Township of Franklin and is ultimately responsible to report to the Chief of Police. The School Resource Officer shall be required to report his/her location to the Franklin Township Police Department at all times.
