Association Orientation. 3.11 During pre-instructional days at the beginning of each school year, the Association’s faculty representatives in each school shall be provided with thirty (30) minutes wherein they may explain the Association’s purpose and activities. Association Orientation. The CITY shall give the ASSOCIATION one (1) hour with all new employees for the purpose of explaining CITY policies, ASSOCIATION Contract orientation, and enrollment into the ASSOCIATION.
