Benefits during Lay-off. An employee laid off under Article 12.1 will be considered to be on leave of absence without pay. Benefits will be available as per Article 19.6.
Benefits during Lay-off. The Agency will pay the full premium for laid off employees as follows, subject to the terms of the benefit plans. Employees called back on short-term temporary recalls shall have their enrolment in the plans extended by the length of the short-term recall.

In the event of a lay-off of a full-time employee the Employer and Employee shall pay its share of insured benefits premium up to three (3) months from the end of the month in which the lay-off occurs or until the laid off employee is employed elsewhere, whichever occurs first. An employee who is laid off may choose to continue their benefit coverage, beyond three (3) months after layoff, for the duration of their recall period from the date of lay off provided that the employee pays the full premium costs of the Health and Dental benefit plan in a manner agreed upon with the Employer.
Benefits during Lay-off. Laid-off employees shall not accrue vacation or sick days during a period of lay-off. In addition, they shall not be eligible for any other Employer benefits, except as provided for by applicable law.

Benefits during Lay-off. An employee who is laid off continues to participate in the Welfare Plan of the Company applicable to employees in his Bargaining Unit to the end of the month following the last month in which he has worked in the Bargaining Unit, or until the end of the last month during which he has drawn a benefit under this Plan, whichever is the later. Welfare Plan for the purpose of this section does not include the Pension or the Company's insured Weekly Indemnity and Long Term Disability Plans which cover only indemnity for wages actually lost because of illness or accident. An employee on lay-off who pursuant to the above, has ceased to participate in the Welfare Plan is restored to participation immediately upon completion of eight (8) hours work in the Bargaining Unit.
Benefits during Lay-off. Employees on lay off will have the following benefits continue provided the employee(s), or WAPSO on their behalf pays all costs/premiums with respect to those benefits: Dental, Life Insurance, Blue Cross and Disability Coverage. In addition any benefits accumulated up to the date of lay off (e.g. pension, vacations, service credits) will be maintained at the level attained at the date of lay off but will not accumulate during the lay off.
