Clerical Assistant. In the event of more than one (1) individual employee having the same seniority ranking, all employees so affected shall participate in the drawing by lot to determine the position on a seniority list. The Association and all employees so affected shall be notified in writing of a date, place and time of drawing. The drawing will be conducted openly and at a time and place which will allow affected employees and the Association to be in attendance.

Clerical Assistant. Assistants in this category preform clerical duties with a minimum amount of supervision. A familiarity with office routine and procedures and office machinery is extremely helpful. The clerical assistant preforms duties such as: typing, keyboarding; data entry; photocopying; collating; filing; assisting with clerical librarian duties; correcting workbooks and recording marks; assisting with the sale, rental or insurance of books; collecting lunch, milk, bus and special fund money; selling school supplies; and other assigned clerical tasks. Supervisional duties shall not exceed 1-1½ hours per day as identified in the description for Supervisional/Clerical Assistant. For employees hired after 1/1/95 Supervisional duties shall not exceed 3 hours per day. A clerical assistant who works for a Department Director shall be considered a Director’s Clerical Assistant and shall receive and annual stipend of $40 times the number of hours in the employee’s regularly scheduled work week. A clerical assistant who works for a Department Director shall work up to ten (10) additional days between the last teacher attendance day of the school year which may be scheduled through mutual agreement by the clerical assistant and Department Director. If the CA and Director cannot agree on any or all of the ten (10) dates, the days worked shall be whichever date(s) are mutually agreeable, if any, and the balance shall be during the five (5) work days immediately following the end of the school year and/or the five (5) work days immediately prior to the start of the next school year, as determined by the Director. The CA will receive his/her hourly rate of pay for the time worked during these ten (10) additional days.
Clerical Assistant. (GRIA Level 1) means a Team Member accountable for clerical and office tasks as directed within the skill levels set out in Clerical Assistant Level 1 in GRIA. This includes an Assistant to a Scanning Co-ordinator.
Clerical Assistant. 1. A clerical assistant shall work in the Prospect office to assist the Prospect secretary for six (6) hours per day. This assistant may be assigned similar clerical duties in another office within the same complex, if a serious need arises. 2. If it deems it necessary, the Board shall employ a four-hour clerical assistant in the attendance office at the junior-senior high school. This assistant shall cover the main office during the secretary’s lunch period. The high school guidance counselor secretary shall fill this position for the term of this contract.
Clerical Assistant. 8.1. Clause 8-Clerical Assistant applies to only those employees employed in the capacity of ‘Clerical Assistant’. 8.2. The clerical assistant works under the Office Manager’s direction, assists in all clerical functions of the operations, scheduling and marketing of the Employer’s business. 8.3. The conditions regulating the hours of work and rate of pay for clerical assistants are outlined by this clause, Clause 8-Clerical Assistant. 8.4. The clerical assistant may be employed between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday inclusive and 8:00am to 2:00pm on Weekends. 8.5. Rate of pay: the hourly ordinary rate of pay will be paid in accordance with the Clerks (South Australian) Award. The hourly ordinary rate of pay will be paid for all hours worked from Monday to Friday inclusive. An employee who works on Saturday will be paid at the rate of time and a half for the first four (4) hours and double time thereafter. All time worked after 12:00 noon will be paid at double time on Saturday. An employee who works on Sunday will be paid at the rate of double time for all hours worked. 8.6. The clerical assistant may be employed on a casual basis or permanent basis. 8.6.1. A clerical assistant employed on a casual basis is a person contracted as such. 8.6.2. A clerical assistant employed on a permanent basis is a person contracted for a nominal 38 hours of work each week. 8.6.2.1. An Employee is only deemed as permanent if an offer is made in writing by the Employer and accepted by the Employee. 8.7. The clerical assistant will only be paid overtime in accordance to Sub-Clause 8.5. There will be no other allowances, penalty rates, shift or overtime loadings payable. 8.8. The clerical assistant will be entitled to half (1/2) an hour unpaid meal break when working a shift exceeding a total of five (5) consecutive hours.

Employees will be graded at this level where the principal functions of their employment, as determined by the Employer, require the exercise of any one or more of the skill levels set out below. Machine operation - skill level 1 Operate telephone/intercom systems, telephone answering machines, facsimile machines, photocopiers, franking machines and guillotines. Information handling skills - skill level 1 Receive, sort, open, distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, receive incoming and dispatch outgoing courier mail, deliver messages and documents to appropriate persons/locations. Prepare and collate documents. Sort and file documents/records accurately in correct location/sequence using an established paper based filing system. Enterprise/industry, specialist skills - skill level 1 Acquire and apply a limited knowledge of office procedures and requirements.
Clerical Assistant. Upon satisfactory performance and after successful completion of training or equivalent experience, the School Officer may progress from Level 1 to Level 2.

  • Technical Assistance DFPS may provide informal support, guidance, clarification, and other forms of technical assistance via phone, email, and virtual meeting to resolve Grant or performance compliance issues. Grantee will document all such instances of technical assistance by DFPS in writing, including any implementation work.

Tuition reimbursement shall be provided to employees covered by this collective bargaining AGREEMENT under the same terms and conditions, policies and procedures as the rest of Hennepin County and reflecting a county–wide pool for funding. Where courses are required and certified by the appointing authority as essential to current job performance, such appointing authority shall grant 100% reimbursement for tuition, required fees and required study materials. Section 3. At the request of an employee, an Individual Development Plan shall be established. Any employee making the request shall be provided with paid time to work with their Supervisor or Human Resources to develop a training plan for career development within Hennepin County. Human Resources will be a source of career information, and postings, in which the employee may have an interest. Time allotted for this activity and the training plan adopted shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Employee and Supervisor.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.

  • Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application The Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application should contain all the necessary information to determine whether a Household is potentially eligible for CRF assistance. In accordance with the provisions of Sections 760.20-760.37, Fla. Stat., it is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, familial status, national origin, or handicap in the award application process for Eligible Housing. 1. At a minimum, an application for program assistance should contain the following items for each household member: a. The number of people residing in the household including name, age, relationship to head of household, current address and home phone number; b. Name and address of employer(s), work phone number(s), and position title with employer; c. Sources of income and a statement signed by all of the adults who reside in the household consenting to the disclosure of information for the purpose of verifying income for determining eligibility for program assistance; d. A signed statement indicating that the applicant understands that all information provided is subject to Florida’s public records laws; and e. A statement that it is a first-degree misdemeanor to falsify information for the purpose of obtaining assistance.

  • Relocation Assistance The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, (42 U.S.C. § 4601), prohibits unfair treatment of persons displaced or whose property has been acquired because of Federal or Federal-aid programs and projects.

  • Emergency Assistance Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practical in accordance with applicable requirements imposed by the Standards Authority or contained in the PJM Tariffs and NYISO Tariffs. In avoiding or mitigating an Emergency, both Parties shall strive to allow for commercial remedies, but if commercial remedies are not successful or practical, the Parties agree to be the suppliers of last resort to maintain reliability on the system. For each hour during which Emergency conditions exist in a Party’s Balancing Authority Area, that Party (while still ensuring operations within applicable Reliability Standards) shall determine what commercial remedies are available and make use of those that are practical and needed to avoid or mitigate the Emergency before any Emergency Energy is scheduled in that hour.

  • Employee Assistance Plan The District will provide an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) which allows each employee to refer themselves confidentially to the EAP provider. To protect confidentiality, any data which the provider transmits to the District shall be summary only. The Employee Assistance Plan will include individual and/or family counseling.
