COPE Check-off. The Board shall deduct Committee on Political Education (COPE) monies from the salary of each member who shall authorize the same in writing, in the amount indicated on the authorization to deduct said monies. The amounts deducted shall be forwarded to the Treasurer of the Xxxx County College Teachers Union -- COPE. The Board shall also forward a list of persons on COPE deduction for the period covered. Such deductions may be revoked by the member by notifying the Payroll Department of the College in writing to terminate the deductions.

COPE Check-off. The Board agrees to deduct from the wages of any bargaining unit member who belongs to the Union a COPE deduction as provided for in a written authorization (Appendix J). Such deductions may be revoked by the bargaining unit member at any time by giving written notice to both the Board and the Union. The Board agrees to remit any deductions made pursuant to this provision promptly to the Union together with an itemized statement showing the name of each bargaining unit member from whose pay such deductions have been made and the amount deducted during the period covered by the remittance.
COPE Check-off. The Employer agrees to deduct and transmit to SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, COPE, $ per pay period, from the wages of those employees who voluntarily authorized such contributions on the forms provided for that purpose by SEIU Healthcare Minnesota. The Employer will remit the COPE monies deducted pursuant to such assignments within three (3) days of the date of the payroll from which they are deducted. Simultaneous with remittance of the funds, the Employer will provide electronically (by emailing a spreadsheet or by other means [e.g., placement on an FTP site]) supporting documentation for the funds remitted which shall include the employee’s full name; social security number; employee id number; and amount remitted. If no payment is transmitted for an employee for whom payment was previously transmitted, an explanation will be included with effective date (e.g., terminated, leave of absence, out of bargaining unit). c. The Union will hold the Employer harmless against any claim which may be made by any person by reason of the COPE deductions described herein, including the cost of defending such claim. The Union will have no monetary claim against the Employer by reason of failure to perform under this Article.
COPE Check-off. The District shall deduct monies designated for the WVMCEA COPE program from the paychecks of workers who voluntarily authorize such deductions. Monies designated for the WVMCEA COPE program will be sent separately from dues monies and will include a list of COPE contributors and deduction amounts.

COPE Check-off. Members may also request voluntary deductions to the Union’s Political Activity Fund (COPE). Such deductions shall be sent in a separate check to the Union each payroll. Workers may withdraw from COPE deduction at any time by notifying the Union office. The provisions of this Section 3.3 are contingent on implementation by the State Controller’s Office.
COPE Check-off. The Employer shall include a COPE check-off application with its regular new employee packet. The Employer agrees to deduct and transmit to the Treasurer of Local 1021 Political Action Committee the amount specified from the wages of those employees who voluntarily authorize such contributions on the forms provided for that purpose by the Local 1021 Political Action Committee. These transmittals shall occur monthly and shall be accompanied by a list of the names of those employees for whom such deductions were made. Any employee who authorizes such deductions and subsequently wishes to change the amount of the deduction or revoke the authorization may do so by notifying the payroll department.
COPE Check-off. The Hospital will honor assignment of wages to the Union's Committee on Political Education (C.O.P.E.) fund, when such assignments are submitted on a form agreed to by the Union and the Hospital, and the Hospital will remit such contribution to the Union. It is understood by all parties that such contribution will be on an individual and voluntary basis. The Union agrees to pay to the Hospital whatever start-up costs are applicable for implementation of this program.
