CORPORATE UNIFORM. ‌ 2.5.1 All Staff are required to wear a College endorsed uniform while working onsite at the College. 2.5.2 All new Staff on commencement at the College will receive a 50% discount on their first purchase at the Uniform Shop. This discount is only offered against the Staff uniform and is exclusive of the student uniform. 2.5.3 The College commits to a review of the internal uniform requirements, to be completed on or before 31 December 2023.

The standards of personal appearance of the employees of the Company, the rules of wearing corporate uniform and the rules of observance of a dress code shall be established by the enterprise. 8.2. An employee without a proper uniform shall not be allowed to work. 8.3. During non-working hours corporate uniform shall be stored in a specially designated place (locker room or cloakroom). 8.4. If an employee is dressed in a corporate uniform during non-working hours, he/she shall comply with the Company's standards, as he remains an employee of the Company for the clients. 8.5. Persons responsible for providing corporate uniform: ✔ For employees of branches - branch supervisor; ✔ For employees of the delivery service - the supervisor of the delivery service; ✔ For employees of the terminal - terminal supervisor; ✔ Office workers - department director / head of section; ✔ For employees who work under the franchise scheme - territorial manager of the partner offices network .
CORPORATE UNIFORM. It is agreed that a corporate unifonn projects a professional image for the Counci I and promotes employee pride towards personal presentation to the general pubIic. Such clothing will be replaced on a fair wear-and-tear basis. 5.7.4. The SBU committee will meet when required to negotiate the corporate uniform and discuss issues that will include but not be limited to: • Colour • Type • Material • Safety requirements • Replacement • Amount 5.7.5. Employees will be supplied with approved safety type footwear to the value of $121 inc GST to be worn in accordance with the employee's responsibilities under the Occupational, Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1988. 5.7.6. The first issue of safety footwear is made on commencement of employment and replaced by the employer on a fair wear and tear basis.
CORPORATE UNIFORM. District Council of the Copper Coast Enterprise Agreement 2013 SAMSOA 12 18.1 All employees agree to abide by the employer’s requirements for the wearing of its corporate wardrobe. 18.2 Council shall provide a reimbursement of up to $510.00 (to increase by $10 each year for the life of the agreement) for each full time permanent employee and each part‐time employee pro‐ rata of standard hours for renewal of such corporate wardrobe on proof of purchase each financial year. Each newly appointed permanent employee on completion of a probationary period will receive a corporate blazer or jacket at no cost to the employee. Casual staff will be provided with 2 corporate shirts on satisfactory completion of an agreed trial period. 18.3 Corporate wardrobe will be determined by Council Policy.
CORPORATE UNIFORM. (1) New full-time employees (other than BRMs, BDMs, Mobile Lenders and their support staff) will be allocated an initial uniform allowance and thereafter, on 1 July each year, an annual allowance in accordance with Appendix B of this Agreement. (2) Part-time staff will receive an allowance on a pro-rata basis calculated on the number of days worked each week. (3) Employees who have a formal working from home arrangement will receive an allowance on a pro-rata basis calculated on the number of days they are required to attend the office. (4) Employees who fall pregnant will be allocated an additional one-off allowance in accordance with Appendix B of this Agreement to cover the purchase of maternity uniform items. (5) The design and range of the uniform reflects equal employment opportunity principles and guidelines. (6) If uniforms are not compulsory in a section, and an employee elects not to wear the corporate uniform, such employee will not receive a uniform allowance and will observe a professional standard of dress at all times. (7) Employees will be responsible for the proper maintenance of the uniform.

CORPORATE UNIFORM. 62.1 Council supports the need to further promote the image of the Roxby Downs community by way of provision of a corporate uniform. In full consultation with all employees, Council will specify the desired attire and provide financial assistance on either a reimbursement basis or a direct Council payment basis (as applicable) as follows: 62.1.1 for employees required by Council to wear protective clothing on a daily basis – initial Council contribution of $350 and annually (commencing in the second year) $225; 62.1.2 for employees not required by Council to wear protective clothing – initial Council contribution of $750 and annually (commencing in the second year) $350; 62.1.3 all protective clothing for other purposes will be provided to employees (as applicable) at Council’s expense. 62.2 Council will make application to the appropriate organisation to obtain approval by the Australian Taxation Office for Council’s corporate uniform to be registered.
