Customer Interviews. Customer interviews with those third party customers of the Company set forth on Schedule 7.2(k)8shall have been conducted and completed by Purchaser, each of which shall be satisfactory to Purchaser and Parent Company, in their sole discretion.

Customer Interviews. Following the execution of this Agreement, Buyers shall complete telephone interviews of the Zartic customers set forth on Schedule 5.10 in such manner as agreed upon by Buyers and Sellers. If based on the results of such interviews, Buyers determine that there would be a Material Adverse Effect, Buyers shall notify Sellers thereof in writing and shall have the right to terminate this Agreement within five (5) business days after the date of this Agreement in accordance with Section 9.01.
Customer Interviews. Based on the time it takes for Customer’s hiring managers to review the resumes presented by Tech Army, LLC, and the response received, rest of the process moves accordingly. If in doubt about any of the customer staff augmentation needs, we contact the responsible client employee to seek clarification. Tech Army’s plan to provide staff for IT Staff Augmentation Services for the customers will include the following:  Tech Army’s Technical Account Manager will meet with the customer to determine and clarify the full scope of the requirements for each assignment.  Tech Army’s team will ensure that qualified candidates are sourced for all staff augmentation needs received from customers on the state term contract.  Tech Army’s team will conduct thorough screening of all candidates which will include, ability to perform tasks outlined on each assignment, education verification, reference checks, set-up interviews with CLIENT staff to evaluate the candidates’ level of competency required for the assignment.  Tech Army’s team will perform reference checks on each individual professional.  Tech Army’s team will determine the potential candidate’s legal employment status/eligibility and will ensure that only eligible individuals are forwarded to Client.  Prior to a candidate’s interview with CLIENT, Tech Army’s team will submit a copy of the necessary certification/licenses and/or degrees and a copy of each interviewee's resume that verifies qualifications.  Tech Army’s team will facilitate screening of resumes with CLIENT and will schedule interviews with CLIENT for qualified professionals presented by Tech Army.  Tech Army understands and acknowledges that CLIENT reserves the right to accept or reject the interviewee(s) for the proposed assignment based upon the result of the screening process.  Tech Army’s team promises to ensure that candidates accepted by CLIENT agree to all the terms, conditions of employment with CLIENT. Customer Interviews. Parent shall have been given access to the Company’s customer Allstate and as many of the Company’s other customers as Parent requests to interview prior to Closing. Parent shall be satisfied, in its sole discretion, that each of the customers which Parent has identified as an important customer of the Company has demonstrated to Parent in such customer interviews that they will remain a customer of the Surviving Corporation after the Closing Date.

Customer Interviews. Buyer, based on interviews conducted pursuant ------------------- to Section 6.1(b) hereof with such of the Company's customers as it designates, shall have ascertained to Buyer's reasonable satisfaction that the customers are satisfied with the services provided by the Company and intend, after the Closing Date, to continue to utilize the services of the Company at least consistent with levels and in a manner consistent in all material respects with, the customers' practices prior to the date hereof.
Customer Interviews. Immediately following the execution of this Agreement, but in any event within three (3) Business Days after such execution, the Purchaser or its Representatives, accompanied by the Aluma Group or its Representatives, shall conduct and complete interviews with Representatives of Syncrude Canada Ltd., Suncor Energy, Inc., Shell Canada Limited and Xxxxxx Catalytic Ltd. (the "Customer Interviews"). The Aluma Group shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to arrange the Customer Interviews, and the Purchaser shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to make itself or its Representatives available for such Customer Interviews at a place and at a time or times reasonably designated by the Aluma Group. In the event Purchaser is not satisfied, in its Sole Discretion, with the results of the Customer Interviews, then Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice thereof to the Aluma Group within forty-eight (48) hours after completion of the last Customer Interview. If such Customer Interviews are not completed prior to or on the fifth (5th) Business Day after the execution of this Agreement, then Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice thereof to the Aluma Group prior to or on such day.
