Functional Scope. The current national collective agreement will cover private schools of general education or xxxxxx- xxx education which are not subsidised by public funds, or are not charter schools, whatever the nature or nationality of the bodies that own the schools if they deliver any of the following educa- tional activities:
a) Pre-school education (integrated)
b) Primary education
c) Compulsory secondary education
d) High school baccalaureate
e) Vocational training as part of the education system For the purposes of this collective agreement, integrated education businesses are those that deli- ver more than one type of teaching or level of educational activity To be covered by this collective agreement, the businesses that deliver the first and/or second cycle of pre-school education must be part of integrated educational businesses that deliver, in addition to the types of education highlighted at the beginning of this paragraph, other types of education listed in the current article.

Versasec notifies the LICENSEE in writing (email) as soon as reasonable, when a NEW FEATURE RELEASE is issued. A prerequisite is that all receivers of notifications must be registered mailing list users at Versasec. CORRECTIVE RELEASE notifications are published on the Versasec web site. Such notifications will include all information required for the LICENSEE to obtain or access the NEW FEATURE RELEASE and CORRECTIVE RELEASEs, including URL address(es) for Versasec’s applicable support pages. Versasec will make CORRECTIVE RELEASEs of the SOFTWARE available for download on the product support pages of the Versasec web site, in accordance with the notification published on the Versasec web site. In order for the LICENSEE to upgrade to a NEW FEATURE RELEASE, the LICENSEE will require a maintenance code. The maintenance code is hosted by Versasec and released provided that the LICENSEE has a valid support & maintenance subscription and Versasec has the necessary LICENSEE information. Below the length of the SUPPORT PERIOD and pricing for Support and Maintenance (S&M) contracts are defined.
Functional Scope. 1. The parties express their will to promote collective negotiation; to this end the Interconfederal Service of Mediation and Arbitration will encourage the appropriate actions and initiatives with respect for collective independence and voluntary action. Among others which may be considered appropriate for the above purpose, initiatives may be implemented to stimulate the activities of those who negotiate in the respective negotiation units, to suggest the development of contents, or to promote proactive attitudes in the administration of all concerning collective bargaining.
2. Mediation may be used as a preventive measure at the request of both parties in the terms determined by the Follow-up Commission of this Agreement when as a result of the circumstances the different positions may lead to any of the disputes included in Section 3 of this article.
3. The following types of labour disputes are liable to be submitted to the procedures anticipated in this Agreement:
a) Collective disputes with an interpretation and application defined in accordance with that established in Article 153 of the Law regulating Labour Jurisdiction and without detriment to the mandatory intervention of the commissions for the administration of the agreement referred to in Articles 85.3 e) and 91.3 of the Workers’ Charter Law in disputes of the interpretation and application of collective agreements.
b) Those controversies in the commissions for the administration of the agreement of the collective accords which involve a breakdown in the approval of agreements, for the resolution of the duties which are legally or conventionally attributed to them.
c) Disputes which arise during the negotiation of a collective agreement which involve its breakdown. It will not be necessary for any deadline to be passed in order to submit to the procedures anticipated in this Agreement when these are requested jointly by those who have the capacity to sign the accord with overall effectiveness. In any case the significant differences which have caused the breakdown of the negotiation must be declared.
d) Disputes which arise during the negotiation of an agreement or collective accord, which involve the breakdown of the corresponding negotiation, for a period of three months counting from the constitution of the negotiating table, except in the case of the renewal of an agreement or accord contemplating a period other than the previous one, in which case that set down in the same will be appli...
Functional Scope. The regional sector functions that are within the scope of the IRIS Next Generation programme are:
a) Community engagement - The customer, providing information (requests) and sharing information.
b) Environmental stewardship - Farm, land and catchment management, biodiversity, environment monitoring, selected land use sites and grants.
c) Regulatory - Resource consents, building consents for dams, sundry authorisations, compliance monitoring, enforcement, incidents, and biosecurity plants and animals.
Functional Scope. Within the scope of Article 1, the application of this Collective Agreement shall be compulsory for all companies and all staff of such companies, whose business consists of providing contact center services to third parties. In this Collective Agreement, contact center services include any activities relating to contacting or being contacted by third parties, by telephone, using electronic methods, digital technology or any other electronic method, for the provision, inter alia, of the following services provided by way of example: contacts with third parties in multimedia environments, third-party technical support services, management of collections and payments, mechanised management of administrative and back-office procedures, information, promotion, dissemination and sale of any products and services, completing or issuing customised interviews, answering and classifying calls, etc., and any other third-party assistance services carried out using the environments provided above. This term shall include any activities which are auxiliary, complementary or connected to the main activity.

Functional Scope. This FSC is designed to deliver the elaboration of the list of requirements as defined in the document AD1 in section 4.0. This is to ensure that the delivery details, as can be expected from the elaboration phase, are understood in terms of testing, design, construction and integration. It is assumed that the NFRs for the system will not need to be changed. However should some of the functional requirements have an impact on the ability of the system to meet the current NFR’s, the work required to remedy the situation will also be assessed in terms of Storypoints. Functional Scope. The scope for this SOW includes generally available Workday functionality and addresses requirements documented in the SaaS ERP SI - Requirements.xlsx document provided in the procurement documentation and the applicable items in Schedule E ERP System Security Matrix in the Umbrella Terms and Conditions, as set forth in the “Contractor Response” column of such Schedule. The configuration of each component listed below will be prioritized and designed during the early stages of the project. The final list of Workday business processes will be determined during the Imagine phase (Plan and Architect Stages) of the project, with appropriate consideration given to project timeline, resources and budget. Contractor will provide planning, support, and configuration support for the State to perform their FHWA activities across Workday functional areas.
