Meetings and Compensation a. The LPDC shall meet as often as the members deem necessary to complete their work. Not later than September 10 each year, the Committee shall post in each building its meeting schedule. Additional meetings may be scheduled as necessary.
b. Committee members shall be paid a stipend of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per year for Committee work performed outside the regular workday or work year.

B. Bargaining unit members who serve on the LPDC shall be paid according to the supplementary salary classification in Article X, and the supplementary salary schedule in Appendix C of this Agreement. All compensation will include appropriate retirement benefits.

There shall be a cap of four hundred (400) hours per year outside of the Teacher work day for all Unit Members on the committee, for a total cap of $8,000 per year. Any additional hours beyond this cap must be specifically approved by the Superintendent.

It is the intent of the parties that the LPDC meet quarterly during the workday, but it is recognized that exceptions may arise. The Board shall provide substitutes on days the LPDC is meeting during the workday. 4. All compensation shall be drawn from the district’s receipt of monies provided by the state and earmarked for Local Professional Development Committees. Upon receipt of such monies the district shall notify the committee chairperson of the amount and the guidelines for expenditures of such monies.

b. Committee members shall be paid at the rate listed in the Extra Duty Pay Schedule - Supplemental Contracts, and committee members shall have the same pay options as all other supplemental contracts.
c. The committee members shall present a comprehensive report and vouchers to the Board and Association at their respective meetings in June.
d. The committee meetings shall be conducted under Xxxxxx's Rules of Order.
Meetings and Compensation. A. Members of the NPDC shall be compensated annually at four percent (4%) of the BA-0. To qualify for compensation, members must attend 7 of the 10 regularly scheduled meetings. This requirement may be altered by the Superintendent due to extenuating circumstances.
B. The NPDC shall meet as often as the members deem necessary to complete their work. Meetings will be held outside the normal student day.
C. No later than September 15th of each year, the Committee shall post in each building their meeting schedule. Additional meetings may be scheduled as necessary.
D. Inability to fulfill required obligations may result in removal from the committee.
Meetings and Compensation. The Joint Committee shall establish its meeting schedule. To hold meetings, a minimum of two (2) teachers and one (1) administrator shall be present. Meetings may be held during the school day with a grant of release time to teachers, or during non-school time. Every effort shall be made, however, to meet at times other than during the school day to allow teachers to remain in the classroom. Association appointees to the Joint Committee shall receive a stipend of $2000 per school year, payable monthly.

The meeting shall conclude by 5:00 p.m., unless mutually agreed by the Co-Chairpersons. Teachers will be paid the Teacher Stipend Rate for all time spent at meetings outside his/her regular school hours. The chairperson reserves the right to cancel the monthly meeting if no plans are submitted during a particular month. The LPDC shall meet over the summer if a certificated/licensed employee risks not renewing his/her license on time, should the LPDC fail to meet.
