Non-Contact Time. Where the employee is appointed to be responsible for the development and implementation of programs of activities, that employee will be allowed not less than 2 paid non-contact hours per week for preparation and planning.
Non-Contact Time. 5.2.1 The non-contact time allocations for secondary teachers are an acknowledgement of the importance to quality education of the duties other than classroom teaching (such as those referred to in 5.1.1 (a to d) above) which teachers are required to undertake while schools are open for instruction.
