Overtime Cap a. These overtime provisions, including recall and standby provisions, shall apply to all covered employees including those working more than half-time, and with permanent, provisional or temporary status, whose annual gross salary including overtime, all differentials and premium pay is not in excess of the amount set forth in subsections 7(d) and 7(e) for eligibility for cash compensated overtime (the "cap").
Overtime Cap. Total overtime hours will be capped at one-thousand (1,000) hours per member per year (October 1st through September 30th). Exceptions to the overtime cap will be allowed if there are no other eligible employees below the overtime cap and all other eligible employees have met their minimum overtime requirement as noted in 10.8. Overtime due to State of Oregon Conflagration activations or State of Oregon Incident Management Team (IMT) activations will be recorded as one 24-hour shift towards the overtime cap regardless of the actual overtime hours earned. If the activation is less than 24-hours then the actual hours worked will be recorded in the overtime roster.
Overtime Cap. Where the local parties do not have either an agreement or practice capping overtime earnings, management may restrict full participation in overtime assignments for the remainder of the overtime year by any employee whose projected overtime earnings as indicated on the Overtime Watch List Report (OT-732) at or after September 15th are within $500.00 of the statutory cap. Procedures for restricting full participation in overtime shall be bargained locally.
Overtime Cap. 16.08 If the Company chooses to mandate forced overtime, no Employees will be forced to work more than twelve (12) hours per day and forced overtime will not exceed eight (8) hours per any Employee’s normal work week. Furthermore, no Employee will be expected to work more than two (2) consecutive weeks that include forced overtime. Employees may voluntarily offer to work more overtime hours per day, per week, and/or for additional consecutive weeks.
Overtime Cap. An overtime cap shall be implemented effective April 1, 2015. The procedures covering the overtime cap are thoroughly and satisfactorily covered in the OCFA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP HR.03.10 Staffing Procedures revised effective November 1, 2014).
Overtime Cap. The Agency will continue to follow the procedures for obtaining authorization for personnel performing emergency or mission critical overtime to bepaid under the annual earnings limitation rather than in accordance with the bi-weekly pay limitation.
Overtime Cap a. Effective January 1, 2009, an annual cash overtime cap will be established. Xxxx overtime earned by an employee over the course of a calendar year shall not exceed the equivalent of the top pay for that member’s rank. This top pay shall consist of base pay, shift differential, longevity, holiday pay, and stipends that are in base pay.
