PROJECT INITIATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. A. CONSULTANT will facilitate a project kick-off meeting with CLIENT staff to accomplish the following: • Review and confirm the scope of the project • Review available information relative to the project • Review and discuss specific infrastructure issues and CLIENT’S current design standards as they relate to the proposed improvements on this project • Review and verify project schedules • Conduct a field review of project area by CONSULTANT and CLIENT representatives B. Up to fifteen (15) In-person and 10 virtual meetings will be held with the CONSULTANT and the CLIENT after the initial kickoff meeting. These meetings will discuss findings, issues, schedule, and project progress. C. CONSULTANT will provide project and contract administration services throughout the duration of the project. D. CONSULTANT will facilitate project communication between CONSULTANT and CLIENT throughout the duration of the project. (Including distributing meeting minutes in a timely manner).

PROJECT INITIATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Xxxx XxxXxxxxx as the Professional Service Provider (PSP) will organize and attend a project kickoff meeting in Port Lavaca to discuss project site history, goals and expectations, schedule, and milestones. A site visit will be held at Harbor of Refuge to observe conditions at the site and to identify project extents. PSP will develop a meeting agenda and compile the kickoff meeting minutes for distribution to the project team. Meeting minutes will be prepared and include a summary of the meeting discussion and decisions, along with observations and photos from the site visit. PSP will provide overall project management throughout the execution of this scope of work. This includes management of the delivery team, internal coordination meetings at key intervals throughout project delivery, management of subconsultants, and preparation of monthly progress reports to the Texas General Land Office (GLO). • Kickoff meeting within 3 weeks of NTP, or as soon as all team member schedules allow • Kickoff meeting minutes: 1 week after completion of kickoff meeting • Project Management: throughout project delivery
PROJECT INITIATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Project Setup and Management. This task includes the work related to overall project setup as well as execution of any contact amendments or scope changes that may arise throughout the course of the project. This task also includes project management, such as coordinating with the City on critical issues, managing activities within task budgets and monitoring project progress. All work activities and project deliverables will be reviewed for conformance with quality control requirements and project standards. Project activities will be monitored for potential changes, with an emphasis on anticipating changes whenever possible, and with the City’s approval, project tasks and approach will be modified to keep the overall project within budget and on schedule. • Invoicing. This task includes preparation of monthly invoices associated with the work and submission to the City in a clear and concise format that illustrates the progress to date and budget status to date. • Railroad Access Coordination. This task includes coordination for temporary access for the design team on to the properties owned by Montana Rail Link. Site access for design efforts may include coordination with Montana Rail Link when working within railroad right-of-way and fees associated with meeting the safety requirements (i.e. flaggers) while working on railroad property during design. • Sub-Consultant Coordination. This task includes coordination and contracting efforts for sub-consultants. A geotechnical engineer will be required to determine soil characteristics supporting trenchless installation of utility casings and confirming groundwater elevations for constructability reviews. • Generate Existing Site Conditions. Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxx will create a topographic survey that will be used for the design of the 15-inch gravity for the replacement of Grant Creek Lift Station. Survey data collected in March of 2011 will be supplemented with current utility locate survey data in efforts to maximize past surveying efforts. The survey crew will establish horizontal and vertical control in the area and gather topographic information needed to complete the design. Property boundaries will be established based on recorded documents and verified in the field with the location of property pins. Utility providers will be contacted to locate their respective utilities in the project area. The marked utilities will be incorporated into the design survey.
PROJECT INITIATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. 1. Prepare and submit a quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) work plan along with a detailed project schedule and project roster to the City. 2. Prepare for and conduct one (1) virtual project kick off meeting with the City, subconsultants, and FNI staff to discuss the Project Work Plan which includes the scope, schedule, coordination and review/QAQC related items. FNI will prepare and distribute a meeting agenda prior to the meeting as well as meeting minutes at the conclusion of the meeting. 3. Establish subconsultant agreements and manage their activities in accordance with this scope of work. 4. Perform general project management and project controls for a scoped period of approximately 24 months. 5. Prepare and distribute monthly status reports via email. The status report shall summarize the work completed, work scheduled to be completed for the upcoming month, and any outstanding issues or decisions that must be resolved by the City staff or project team. 6. Prepare for and attend up to eighteen (18) periodic team conference calls to discuss project status and other project related items.

  • Project Initiation i - Upon final execution of the Agreement with the DISTRICT, the ARCHITECT shall: ♦ Review the Program Management Plan (PMP) with the DISTRICT and its representatives to familiarize them with the proposed tasks and schedule and develop necessary modifications. The PMP defines the Program Master Schedule and Budgets and each Project scope and budget. ii - Within the first week following execution of the Agreement, meet with the DISTRICT and its representatives to prepare a detailed task analysis and work plan for documentation in a computer-generated project schedule. iii - This task analysis and work plan will identify specific tasks including, but not limited to: ♦ interviews, ♦ data collection ♦ analysis, ♦ report preparation, ♦ planning, ♦ Architectural programming, concepts and schematic design preparation and estimating that are part of the work of the Project. Also identified will be milestone activities or dates, specific task responsibilities, required completion times necessary for the review and approval by the DISTRICT and by all regulatory agencies and additional definition of deliverables. iv - Participate in a general Project kick-off meeting to include the ARCHITECT, appropriate sub-consultants, and DISTRICT staff. v - The project kick-off meeting will introduce key team members from the DISTRICT and the ARCHITECT to each other, defining roles and responsibilities relative to the Project. vi - Identify and review pertinent information and/or documentation necessary from the DISTRICT for the completion of the Project. vii - Review and explain the overall project goals, general approach, tasks, work plan and procedures and deliverable products of the Project. viii - Review and explain the task analysis and Project work plan for all parties present; determine any adjustments or fine tuning that needs to be made to the work plan. ix - Review documentation of the Project kick-off meeting prepared by the DISTRICT’S representative and comment prior to distribution. x - Base Drawings and Site Survey Information

Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from PEI and the Grantee.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.
