Recall from RIF. The names of teachers whose contracts are suspended in a reduction in force will be placed on a recall list. Teachers who are on the recall list will remain on the recall list for three (3) years beginning with June 30 of the year of the RIF. Teachers on the recall list will have the following rights:

Recall from RIF. 7 a. Loss of Hours and/or Days: By seniority, employees who lose hours and/or 8 days will have the first right of refusal to acquire hours for which they are 9 currently qualified, up to the number of original hours.
