Shift Structure. The attached schedule of hours and days of work is a modified operationally based shift schedule with a range of shifts from 8-12 hours payable at straight time. The schedule is intended to incorporate relief coverage from within the group.
Shift Structure. 10.1 Shift Leader (a) Shift leader positions are not applicable to employees classified under Appendix 3 of Part B of this Agreement (b) Shift Leader positions and rotation of shift leaders will be determined by the Employer to suit its dynamic business needs. The Shift Leader positions will be in place for the duration of this Agreement, subject to business requirements. (c) Shift Leaders may be required to meet the requirements of the business to transfer onto an alternate shift. During this transfer period (only) the following shall apply: (i) A Shift Leader who normally works night shift and is transferred on to an alternate shift will receive their normal shift loading (30%). (ii) A Shift Leader who normally works afternoon shift and is transferred onto an alternate shift will receive the following: - 30% for nightshift, 20% for dayshift. (iii) A Shift Leader who normally works Morning shift and is transferred on to an alternate shift will receive the appropriate loading as outlined in Part B of this Agreement. (iv) The Shift Leaders allowance will be $160.43 per week, effective from the commencement of this Agreement and $166.84 per week, effective from 1 January, 2008 and $173.52 per week, effective from 1 January, 2009. This will be a separate allowance and is not to be used for calculating overtime rates. (v) The Shift Leaders allowance will continue being paid to the Shift Leader while he/she is on annual leave, personal leave or long service leave. (vi) The shift leader allowance will be paid for working on the 6th and/or 7th working day of the week at the pro-rata rate in 10.1 (c) (iv).
Shift Structure. A. Shift structure shall consist of thirteen (13) week rotations. Shifts/rotations will be made by seniority with the officer holding the most seniority selecting first. The shift structure will start effective January 1st and end December 31st of each year throughout the life of the contract. B. These selections by seniority will be allowed in keeping with departmental needs and requirements for training new officers and retraining current officers. C. Since there is a possibility of lost time as employees readjust their shifts at the points of change, the City will make sincere efforts to accomplish these changes with a minimum of time lost but will not be responsible for such lost time. Overtime will not be automatically granted during this period. D. Employees shall remain on duty and in service until the scheduled workday and relieved by the duty command officers.
Shift Structure a) At the commencement of permanent employment, Woolworths and each Permanent Team Member will agree in writing on whether the Team Member will work Day Shift; Afternoon Shift; or Night Shift. Woolworths and the Team Member may agree to change to an alternative shift by mutual agreement and recorded in writing (unless agreed in accordance with 3.1.4c)) . Such a change may be permanent or temporary. b) The Day Shift span of Ordinary Hours is from 5:00am to 7:00pm. i) For Day Shift Team Members, work in Ordinary Hours between 6:00pm and 7:00pm will be voluntary. ii) Monday to Friday Day Shift is paid at 100% of the Base Rate of Pay.
Shift Structure. 8.1 Shifts will be 12-hour duration. Members of each shiftwork team could be transferred between teams from time to time to meet business needs. 8.2 Each shift should have a minimum of three employees on duty up to a maximum of five. Wherever practicable, the number of employees on shift shall remain constant. 8.3 Extra staffing levels will be determined based upon work demands as determined by the team on an exception basis. Management will review this decision with the team when practicable, to enable resourcing guidelines to be developed or finetuned. Where replacement staff are called, they will only work to meet requirements and not necessarily for a whole 12 hour period. On day shifts Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) where additional resources are required or where there are unplanned absences they will be initially resourced from day workers. Production teams will provide a voluntary callout roster to cover unplanned absences and additional resourcing requirements. There will be no payments in relation to the operation of the callout roster. Callout may be drawn from either day work or shiftwork Production Officers. 8.4 Shift hours shall consist of 12 consecutive hours to be worked between the spread of 7.00am to 7.00pm and 7.00pm to 7.00am. 8.5 Bondi STP Interim Arrangements during RIAMP: During the Reliability Improvement and Modification Programme (RIAMP) Bondi STP will have 5 shift teams, each consisting of 6 employees. On an 8 week rotating cycle, 1 team will work daywork and 4 teams will work shift. Each member of the daywork team will work hours as negotiated to meet business needs between Monday to Friday. Shifts will be 12 hours duration. Each shift should have a minimum of four employees on duty. Wherever practicable, the number of employees on shift shall remain constant.

Shift Structure. A new shift structure will be introduced during the term of the Agreement. Greenmill to move to a 9.5hr per day by 5 day rotating roster. Each person to work 4 by 9.5hrs. with a different day off each week. CML, Xxxxxxx, Pack Docking, to move to 9.5hr by 4 day with a fixed day off. Afternoon shift move to a 2.00pm start. Agreed that paid break to be increased to 25 minutes per day with flexibility around timing of breaks
Shift Structure. The fixed shifts consist of Team and Warehouse/Pipe Yard Operators. The Team Leader is responsible for direction of the team including leading the KPI action planning and target achievement process.
Shift StructureThis clause will apply only to employees working at the Chain Valley site. The shift structure for employees working on the Kayuga Project will apply as per Appendix 1. 11.1 Under ordinary conditions day shift will commence at 5:30am from Monday to Friday. Should it be necessary due to changes in operational requirements, it is agreed that starting times may be altered with notice given prior to 8:00pm the previous day. Such starting times vary between 5:00am and 7:00am. 11.2 Afternoon Shift Afternoon shift will commence at 2:00pm from Monday to Friday. However, starting times may vary between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. The first eight hours will be paid at single time with Afternoon Shift allowance applying. The next two hours will be paid at time and a half. If additional hours are required to be worked they will be paid at double time.

  • Master Feeder Structure If permitted by the 1940 Act, the Board of Trustees, by vote of a majority of the Trustees, and without a Shareholder vote, may cause the Trust or any one or more Series to convert to a master feeder structure (a structure in which a feeder fund invests all of its assets in a master fund, rather than making investments in securities directly) and thereby cause existing Series of the Trust to either become feeders in a master fund, or to become master funds in which other funds are feeders.

  • Agreement Structure This Agreement includes Part 1 - General Terms, Part 2 - Country-unique Terms (if any), the LI, and the XxX and is the complete agreement between Licensee and Lenovo regarding the use of the Program. It replaces any prior oral or written communications between Licensee and Lenovo concerning Licensee’s use of the Program. The terms of Part 2 may replace or modify those of Part 1. To the extent of any conflict, the LI prevails over both Parts.

  • Credit Structure If the PTD Service Level Standard is not met, it is a Service Issue and is considered a Service Restoration Priority 2. If the PTD metric for a pair of Customer Connections or Customer Sites is not being met, Customer may be eligible for a credit. To obtain a credit, a trouble ticket must be opened with Verizon when a PTD Service Level Standard is not being met or if a Service Issue is identified. Verizon will work with Customer to confirm that a PTD issue exists and repair the problem(s), as applicable. Once Verizon confirms that the PTD Service Level Standard is not being met, Verizon will have 30 calendar days to repair the Service to meet the PTD Service Level Standard and close the applicable trouble ticket, and in such an event, Customer will not be eligible for a credit. If, after 30 calendar days of opening the trouble ticket, the PTD Service Level Standard continues to not be met, Customer will qualify for a credit. Customer’s measurement of PTD prior to opening a trouble ticket may be considered by Verizon in determining the need to repair the Service. Packet Transit Delay (PTD) 20% 5.4.4.1 Service Issues occur between pair Ports of the Private IP Network. Consequently, two Customer connections will be impacted by each Service Issue. For Service Issue Service Level Standard credit purposes, the MRC will be defined as the average of the MRCs for each of the two impacted Customer Connections.

  • Group Structure 17.1 The Company does not have any Subsidiary nor has it at any time a member of or the beneficial owner of any shares, securities or other interest in any company or other person.

The day-to-day operation of the ISO will be managed by a President, who will serve as an ex-officio member of the ISO Board, in accordance with Article 5 herein. There shall be a Management Committee as per Article 7 herein, which shall report to the ISO Board, and shall be comprised of all Parties to the Agreement. There shall be at least two additional standing committees, the Operating Committee, as provided for in Article 8, and the Business Issues Committee, as provided for in Article 9, both of which shall report to the Management Committee. A Dispute Resolution Process will be established and administered by the ISO Board in accordance with Article 10.

  • Change in Structure Except as expressly permitted under Section 6.3, no Credit Party shall, and no Credit Party shall permit any of its Subsidiaries to, amend any of its Organization Documents in any respect materially adverse to Agent or Lenders.
