Training Coordinator. Subrecipient shall staff no less than two (2.00 FTE) Training Coordinators who shall monitor and track all training activity including, but not limited to, Individual Training Accounts (ITA), Incumbent Worker Training (IWT), On-The-Job Trainings (OJT) and Work Experience Programs (WEX)/Transitional Jobs, in coordination with the IEP, Case Manager, and OC Workforce and Economic Development Division. Training Coordinators shall conduct follow-up activities with both program participant(s) and businesses to ensure the quality of workforce services provided are in alignment with program objectives and are employer driven. The Training Coordinator shall provide support to participants seeking additional services and must obtain documentation of participant outcomes and input data in the CalJOBS System. Training Coordinator shall be proficient in providing WIOA Title I Career Services.
Training Coordinator. Xxxxxx Xxxxx Training Coordinator coordinates the development of training agenda, confirms logistics and faculty management. Coordinator works with team to ensure delivery of training via CoP modes. Xxxxxx is the Professional Development & Training Coordinator at the 504HealthNet. She plans and organizes trainings for 504HealthNet member organizations and staff, LCP and LBCHP (Louisiana Breast and Cervical Health Program) staff and strategic partners. She manages an online training platform ensuring onboarding and continuing education content is available for health center staff. She received a AA in Secondary Education from Washtenaw Community College. Before joining the 504HealthNet her extensive experience included organizational management with non-profit organizations, educational training, support and Human Resources.
Training Coordinator. (Appointed Position) The Training Coordinator is an opportunity for an employee to work in a temporary special assignment. All employees will have the opportunity to apply and interview for the position. The Fire Chief or his designee will appoint the most qualified employee to the position. If no employees apply for the assignment, the Fire Chief or his designee will make the appropriate appointment. Benefits will be administered based on forty (40) hour employee policies as defined in this section and other applicable sections of the Agreement. The employee will work forty (40) hours a week, with the normal work schedule being Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1630 hours with a half (1/2) hour unpaid lunch. The normal work schedule can be adjusted with the approval of the Fire Chief. The employee would not be eligible for physical fitness time or Xxxxx days. The employee will receive an additional four percent (4%) stipend while in this position. The employee’s straight time hourly rate will be established by dividing the employee’s current annual salary, as set forth in the annual salary schedule plus the stipend amount by 2080 hours. Overtime will be paid for any hours in excess of 40 hours. Vacation, holidays and personal time will be counted as time worked for purposes of computing overtime compensation. Vacation allowance shall be earned based on the schedule set forth in Section 7.1b, converted to an eight (8) hour basis. All current vacation time will be converted at twelve (12) hours of shift vacation time to eight (8) hours of vacation time. The employee is allowed to carry over up to five (5), eight (8) hour vacation days one fiscal year to the next. The employee is not eligible for front end loaded holidays; but if a fixed holiday has passed but was not taken off by the employee, he/she will be paid eight (8) hours for that holiday. Training Coordinator. Narcan is a proven tool in the battle against drug abuse and overdose death. When too much of an opioid medication is taken, it can slow breathing to a dangerously low rate. When breathing slows too much, overdose death can occur. Naloxone can reverse this potentially fatal situation by allowing the person to breathe normally again. (TN Department of Health). ⮚ Narcan Instructor Certification ⮚ Provide Narcan Instruction to Jail staff and JBBS staff. ⮚ Provide Narcan Instruction to inmates in HC. ⮚ Educate Inmates and Families on the use of Narcan. ⮚ Educate Family on Signs and Symptoms of Overdose.
Training Coordinator. During the 20th year of employment as a Police Officer with the City of Auburn, or later, an employee shall be entitled to an additional twenty-eight (28) consecutive days of vacation, four (4) weeks of normal pay, upon notifying the Employer within forty-five (45) days prior to their retirement date, and during said time, the vacation shall be granted.
Training Coordinator. 6.5.1 The Training Coordinator is appointed by the General Assembly. He/she is responsible for the success of the training activities and the communication among all ERS about training needs. He will lead respective actions in the Supervisory Board meetings. He/she will liaise with the ESR representatives, individial supervisors, industrial partners and the local workshop planning committee to adjust the training strategy and the network meetings.
Training Coordinator. The Fire Chief shall have the authority and discretion to designate and/or remove any Fire Captain as a 40-Hour Training Coordinator. The Fire Chief may designate only one (1) Fire Captain as a 40-Hour Training Coordinator. The Chief will also have the authority to establish job requirements and duties for the assignment of the 40-Hour Training Coordinator. A Fire Captain designated and assigned as the 40-Hour Training Coordinator shall receive five and one-half percent (5.5%) as additional compensation above his regular rate of pay while being assigned as the Training Coordinator. Removal from the assignment of Training Coordinator shall not be considered disciplinary action. The 40 Hour Training Coordinator is a three (3) year commitment. The 40 Hour Training Coordinator is required at all times for the success of the Department.
Training Coordinator a. The currently assigned officer will receive a $1,700 stipend for acting to coordinate officer training during the term of this Collective Bargaining Agreement.
b. The current Chief of police will decide whether to continue to assign training coordinator responsibilities to any officer.
c. If the Chief of Police elects to discontinue the assignment of training coordinator duties to the currently assigned officer, the officer will receive a prorated stipend amount based upon the percentage of the contract year completed prior to notification of discontinuation from the Chief of Police (e.g., if notice is received on January 1 of any year during the term of this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the officer will receive $850.)
d. If the currently assigned officer decides to withdraw from the Training Coordinator assignment, they will give the Chief of Police at least 30 days advance notice of withdrawal to allow the Chief to reassign such duties to another officer.
Training Coordinator. The person employed by the NDFA as Training Coordinator shall represent the NDFA and the Executive Board in an official capacity to other State Fire Service Associations, State Agencies and Commissions, National organizations and committees as directed by the Executive Board. The essential duties and responsibilities herein are not all-inclusive but are intended to serve as a guide to the essential functions and primary areas of responsibility of the position, and to serve as a backdrop for annual evaluations of the Training Director position.
