Vacations General Holidays. For the purpose of calculating and recording vacation, the vacation year shall be the period from 1st to March The Company reserves the right to declare one (1) “black out” period of one month in any vacation year during which vacation will not be awarded due to operational requirements. This period, if applicable, be indicated on the vacation bid packages. Employees who have worked less than a full vacation year shall have their vacation pro-rated at days per month of employment.
