VACATIONS; SICK LEAVE. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four weeks of paid vacation per calendar year (as prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time. The Employee agrees that any vacation taken by the Employee during the Employment Term shall be taken at times which are mutually determined by the Chairman and the Employee not to interfere, in any material respect, with the Employee’s performance of his duties hereunder. During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to up to 30 days of sick leave per calendar year for use in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.

VACATIONS; SICK LEAVE. The Employee shall be entitled (i) to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors or the Committee for executive officers and (ii) to voluntary leaves of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors or the Committee may determine in its discretion.Upon separation from employment, the Employee shall be paid for all accrued unused vacation. In addition, the Employee shall be entitled to six days of annual sick leave. Unused sick leave shall be accumulated until retirement or separation (without limitation). Upon Separation from Service and after five full years of service, the Employee shall be paid for one-half of their unused sick leave, not to exceed 240 hours per First Federal’s Sick Leave Policy. Upon the Employee’s Date of Termination, the Employee shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from First Federal for unused sick leave, except to the extent authorized by the Board of Directors or the Committee. Payments of accrued vacation pay or unused sick leave shall be paid within 15 days of the Employee’s Date of Termination.
VACATIONS; SICK LEAVE. XxXxxxxx shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of 20 days per year and shall accrue sick leave at the rate of 12 days per year.

VACATIONS; SICK LEAVE. Employee shall be entitled to an annual vacation of 22 days per annum, which vacation shall be taken at a time or times mutually agreeable to Employer and Employee. In addition, Employee shall be entitled to paid sick leave (“Dmei Xxxxxxx”) as prescribed under Israeli law.
VACATIONS; SICK LEAVE. The Executive shall be entitled to vacations from work for an aggregate of four (4) calendar weeks per annum. Vacations shall be taken by the Executive in such manner as to avoid or minimize any disruption in the Company's work, and the timing of vacations taken by the Executive shall be approved by the Chairman. Based upon consent by the Company, vacation time may be accumulated for a maximum of six (6) weeks. The Executive shall be entitled to avail of four (4) weeks of absence with full salary on account of documented injury or illness during each year of his employment. Sick leave shall not be cumulated. The Company may in its discretion grant the Executive additional periods of sick leave with full or part salary.

VACATIONS; SICK LEAVE. Where an employee on vacation qualifies for bereavement leave or becomes seriously ill, there shall be no reduction in vacation credits for such absence. The period of vacation so displaced will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
VACATIONS; SICK LEAVE. The Superintendent shall be entitled to any sick leave or vacation days authorized by Board Policies for full- time employees working 227 days. Furthermore, the Superintendent is granted twelve (12) additional vacation days, every school year, to be taken at such time or times as will least interfere with the performance of the Superintendent’s duties as set forth in this Agreement. Accrued but unused vacation days, up to a maximum of 12 days annually, shall accumulate and carry forward from year to year during the term of this Contract. The Superintendent shall observe the same legal holidays as provided by Board policies for full-time employees working 227 days. The Superintendent shall notify the Board President when he intends to take any kind of leave and will not be able to be reached by phone or by any other means of communication.

Payments of accrued vacation pay or unused sick leave shall be paid within 15 days of the Employee’s Date of Termination or at such other time as provided for in the Bank's policies, consistent with Section 409A.
