Continuous Shift Workers. Overtime worked by a continuous shift worker outside the rostered hours is paid at: Any day other than a Public Holiday 2x ordinary rate Public Holiday 2.5x ordinary rate
Continuous Shift Workers. (1) The ordinary working hours shall not exceed forty in any one week to be worked in five shifts of eight hours, each inclusive of crib time.
(2) Except as hereinafter provided all work done beyond the hours of duty on any day shall be paid for at the rate of double time.
(3) A worker called upon to work a regularly rostered overtime shift not more than once in every four weeks shall be paid for that shift at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.
(4) These overtime rates shall not apply to excess time worked due to private arrangement between the workers themselves or owing to a relieving man failing to come on duty at the appointed time or where such time is worked to effect the periodical rotation of shifts. The time for which any worker may be paid at ordinary rates instead of overtime due to a relieving man failing to come on duty at the appointed time shall not exceed two hours after the expiration of which over time rates shall apply to the whole of the shift.
(5) Overtime on shift work shall be based on the rate payable for the shift worked.
(a) When a worker is recalled to work overtime after leaving his employer's business premises (whether notified before or after leaving such premises) he shall be paid for at least three hours at overtime rates: provided that, except in the case of unforeseen circumstances arising, a worker shall not be required to work the full three hours if the job for which he has been recalled is completed within a shorter period, but if such worker is subsequently recalled to work within the period of the three hours for which payment shall not be made nor shall any extra overtime be paid in respect of any period covered by such minimum payment.
(b) This subclause shall not apply in cases where it is customary for a worker to return to his employer's premises to perform a specific job outside his ordinary working hours or where the overtime is continuous (subject to any reasonable meal break which may be allowed) with the completion or commencement of ordinary working time.
(7) When a worker, without being notified on the previous day, is required to continue working after the usual knock-off time for more than one hour, he shall be provided with any meal required or be paid $2.00 in lieu thereof.
(a) All work done on Saturdays during the ordinary hours of duty shall be paid for at the rate of time and one half.

Continuous Shift Workers. (a) Continuous Shift Workers are entitled to an additional week’s annual leave for each completed year of employment. The formula for calculating a continuous shift worker’s additional annual leave entitlement is: 1/52 x their ordinary rostered hours of work for the completed twelve month period.
(b) For the purpose of this clause a Continuous Shift Worker means an employee who:
(i) is employed in a Department in which shifts are continuously rostered 24 hours a day for 7 days a week; and
(ii) is regularly rostered to work on those shifts; and
(iii) regularly works on Sunday and public holidays.
Continuous Shift Workers. Employees who work a 12-hour shift are entitled to paid breaks of up to 60 minutes in aggregate to suit the needs of the business or individual employees by arrangement of the parties involved.

Continuous Shift Workers. For each year of service a full or part time employee who is engaged as a continuous shift worker during that period has a pro-rata entitlement of 1 week (38 hours) of additional annual leave.

Continuous Shift Workers. According to their agreed Shift Roster. If a public holiday falls within a Continuous Shift employee’s annual leave and this day would have been a normal rostered day the public holiday will not be deducted from the employee’s annual leave accrual.
Continuous Shift Workers. Continuous shift workers will work 12 hour shifts. 4 rostered day shifts on, 4 rostered days off, 4 rostered nights on, 4 rostered nights off. The roster will be a 4 crew roster. Working shifts will be 7am to 7pm for day shift and 7pm to 7am for night shift. “
Continuous Shift Workers. Weekdays and day shift Saturdays: First 3 hours at time a half of the employee’s ordinary base hourly rate and the remaining hours at double time the employee’s ordinary base hourly rate. Night shift Saturdays and Sundays: Double the employee’s ordinary base hourly rate of pay for all hours worked. For Casual Employees, overtime rates shall be calculated as above, based on the Employee’s base ordinary rate of pay, excluding the casual loading.
