Call In/Call Back Pay. If an employee is called in on emergency work without prior notice, or is called back with prior notice to report at a specific time after completing a regular shift, the employee will be paid at the overtime rate for the hours worked, but the total pay for such work will not be less than a sum equivalent to four (4) hours at the regular rate.

Call In/Call Back Pay. An employee called in for work before or after completing an eight (8) hour day or a forty (40) hour week, shall be allowed a minimum of four (4) hours at the overtime rate for his/her classification unless called within two (2) hours of his/her normal starting time. An employee called in for the purpose of checking the building due to emergency alarms shall be allowed two (2) hours of overtime. Additional hours attached to a shift shall not be construed to be a call-in. If a "call-in" occurs on days subject to different pay rates (i.e., time and one-half or double time) the appropriate daily rate will be paid.
Call In/Call Back Pay. Employees who are called in to work, or called back to work from off duty, to perform extra work shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours of pay at the appropriate wage rate. Call In/Call Back Pay. An employee who reports to work as scheduled or is called back by the Employer and who is not permitted to work the scheduled or requested assignment shall accept assignment to another unit for all or part of the assigned scheduled shift, if assignment to another unit is unavailable, the employee will be assigned alternative work for the duration of the originally scheduled shift or perform alternative work for less than the length of the originally assigned shift and be relieved of duty and be paid for actual time worked but not less than four hours, at Employer’s option. The Employer may at its option send an employee home and pay the affected employee four (4) hours report-in pay in the event that no alternative work is available. In either case, the employee will be paid at their regular rate or the rate for a higher classification (including appropriate premium rates), as applicable. Employer may also give employee the option to either perform alternative duties and be paid for actual hours worked but not less than four (4) or to decline the alternative work and waive their right to four (4) hours minimum pay. The sole exception to this Section shall be for employees called back for training in which case the employee will be paid for actual hours in training or a minimum of two (2) hours, whichever is greater, at the appropriate wage rate, including applicable overtime.
