Checking In and Out. Licensee will have the opportunity to complete and submit a Room Inventory Inspection via the Resident Center within 7 days of occupancy. Here Licensee will have the opportunity to note any damages in the room. Failure to complete a Room Inventory Inspection may result in charges for any damages discovered upon vacating the bed space. When checking out of a University Housing assigned bed space, Licensee must return the room to the original configuration and condition; remove all personal property, clean their space, and return all access cards/fobs. It is the Licensee’s responsibility to follow proper check-out procedures (Licensee should check with their community’s front desk for proper check-out procedures) – failure to do so may result in an improper check-out charge and lock replacement cost. Licensee’s meal plan will be cancelled upon termination of the License Agreement.

Checking In and Out. 1.08.01 The Contractor's personnel shall check in with the Owner/Agent’s representative and sign in log book prior to commencing work and check out after completing the work. This requirement applies to regular maintenance, repair and callbacks. At time of check-in, Owner/Agent’s representative shall provide Contractor's personnel with a list of any reported problems requiring the Contractor's attention.

Checking In and Out. All houses have an electronic key lock, and a personalized code will be issued to you once we have received your payment in full. Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am. To check in, simply go to your property and enter your key code into the door after 4:00 on the check-in day. Lessee is responsible for doing dishes, taking out trash, removing linens and towels and placing in the bin that has been provided (if linens and/or towels were provided or rented), emptying refrigerator, leaving the AC on 78 degrees (or heat set on 55 degrees in the winter) securing all doors and windows, and leaving the unit in good shape for the next renter.
