Coffee. A coffee break of ten (10) minutes shall be given on College time at a time and place approved by the supervisor in advance. Additional time off for this purpose shall be deductible as lost time. Forfeiture of the time allowed shall not entitle the employee to compensatory time off or leave.

In the event an employee assigned to duty prior to the expiration of the twelve (12) hour turn-around, shall be compensated in addition to basic salary, at the rate of one-half for hours worked during such turn-around period. Call back defined as those hours credited to an employee who having worked and/or been credited with at least the minimum tour of duty, called back to perform further work. Should an employee who has completed tour of duty and left the Company premises be called back to work, shall be paid an addition to basic salary, at the rate of one-half for all hours worked, with a minimum credit of four (4) hours overtime. Coffee. The Company agrees to make reasonable quantities of coffee and bottled water available in the drivers' lunchroom, where no city water is available with a filter on the city water tap, and will give a coffee break during both the first half and the second half of each shift, but each coffee break will be given at the convenience of the Company, on Company premises.
