Computation of Vacation. All paid work days shall count in the computation of the hours of vacation eligibility. Also counted shall be all hours missed by an employee off work under Worker's Compensation, for the first year; none thereafter. Vacations due shall be computed on the basis of the hours paid in the twelve (12) month period preceding July 1 of each year and posted by June 30.

Vacation pay for banquet tipped employees (captains, servers, and bartenders) shall be one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00) per day, which shall be increased to one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) on May 1, 2015, and to one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) on May 1, 2016. Employees shall be paid for vacation time in the regular paycheck for the pay period in which the vacation is taken. However, where an employee requests advance vacation pay on a form provided by the Westin at least two weeks prior to the date to be issued, the employee shall receive the vacation pay on a separate paycheck provided in advance of his/her vacation.
