Description of Work and Services. In compliance with the Department-approved work plan within IowaGrants, the Contractor shall: This project will result in two distinctive tabletop exercises, each focusing on a different pathogen and setting.This will equal one table top exercise specifically for the hospital setting and a separate tabletop exercise specifically for the long-term care setting.The topic for the hospital setting will be Candida Auris.The topic for the long-term care setting will be carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB).The Department has example materials available upon request. The exercises shall be developed following the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) doctrine (January 2020 version) and utilize the HSEEP master task list for exercise design and development. The Contractor shall provide a lead planner and subject matter experts for the planning team. The remainder of the planning team shall consist of representatives from the Department, a representative from the Department’s Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI)/Antibiotic Resistance (AR) Advisory Committee’s Training and Exercise Subcommittee, and representatives from the respective professional association(s) relevant to the setting type.The Department will help in identifying members of the planning team outside of those provided by the Contractor. It is at the Contractor’s discretion if they create one overall planning team, or a separate team for each setting type. The Contractor will provide an electronic shared workspace for planning team exercise documents and coordination. It is acceptable for all planning meetings to occur virtually with a minimum of the following meetings held: ● concepts and objectives meeting, ● initial planning meeting (this can be combined with the concepts and objectives meeting), ● monthly planning meeting (for the duration of content creation), and ● final planning meeting prior to starting the tabletops for a respective healthcare setting to ensure everything is ready and executable. Additionally, ad hoc planning meetings can be scheduled as necessary and meeting minutes will be provided by the Contractor within five business days of each meeting. Identify measures to enhance current recruitment tools and resources to increase interest in a PA in Psychiatry fellowship program AND/OR Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program. 2. Implement a recruitment plan utilizing identified enhanced recruitment measures for PA in psychiatry fellows AND/OR PMHNP students. 3. Annually increase admission of PA in psychiatry fellows AND/OR annually increase admission of PMHNP students from baseline.
Description of Work and Services. In compliance with the Agency-approved work plan within IowaGrants, the Contractor shall: 1) Comply with the goals and objectives of the CPC program which shall be consistent with those outlined in the Iowa Administrative Code 641-94.3 (135.118) for the Children’s Protection Center grant program and the National Children’s Alliance Standards. 2) Enhance the service capacity of the CPC to respond to allegations of child abuse including forensic interviews, medical evaluations, therapeutic interventions, victim support/advocacy, case review and case tracking. 3) Collect and report bi-annual data to Iowa HHS.The data used by Iowa HHS is defined by “NCAtrak”. NCAtrak is the data collection system developed by the National Children’s Alliance, the membership organization of Children’s Advocacy Centers. NCAtrak provides a standardized method for entering, organizing, collecting, and aggregating data for each case entered into the NCAtrak data reporting system. NCAtrak data collects aggregate data of the child, family, alleged perpetrator, Child Protection and police investigations, Multi-disciplinary team activities and other various outcomes. Data shall be submitted in the format provided by the department . 4) Participate in Iowa HHS requested site visits, meetings, calls and requests for presentations. 5) Provide Children’s Advocacy Center services to identified Iowa HHS CPS service regions/area. 6) Staff will attend at least one training relevant to health equity
Description of Work and Services. The District hereby authorizes the Contractor, and its employees and agents, to perform drive-by inspections and vehicle A. Upon execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall, at its own cost and expense, procure and install up to six (6) necessary signage as required by Section 715.07, Florida Statutes, which signage shall be installed a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to commencement of any towing/removal services by the Contractor. If additional signs are necessary, Contractor agrees to provide and install each additional signage to the District at $30.00 per such additional signage. B. Upon towing/removal of a vehicle, such vehicle shall be stored by the Contractor within a twenty (20) mile radius of the point of the removal and shall provide for public access to such storage facility as set forth in Section 715.07, Florida Statutes. C. This Agreement grants to Contractor the right to enter the lands that are subject to this Agreement, for those purposes described in this Agreement, and Contractor hereby agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, ordinances and regulations affecting the provision of the Services.
Description of Work and Services. Section 1. Drawings and Specifications. A. The intent of the drawings and specifications is that the Trade Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for the proper execution of the work in accordance with the contract documents and all incidental work necessary to complete the project in an acceptable manner, ready for use, occupancy or operation by NURA. B. Up to three (3) copies of the drawings and specifications will be furnished to the Trade Contractor without charge upon request, and any additional copies which the Trade Contractor may request will be furnished at the cost of reproduction. The drawings and specifications are to be used only in connection with the work specified herein and, with the exception of the signed contract set and As- Built drawings are to be returned at the completion of the contract. C. In case of conflict between the drawings and specifications, the drawings will govern. In case of conflict between the special specifications and the general specifications, the special specifications shall govern. Figure dimension on drawings will govern over scale dimensions, and detailed drawings will govern over general drawings. Notwithstanding the above, a document which is more restrictive or requires greater responsibility or increased compliance by the Trade Contractor shall govern. D. Any discrepancies found between the drawings and specifications and site conditions or any inconsistencies or ambiguities in the drawings or specifications shall be immediately reported to NURA, in writing, who will promptly resolve such inconsistencies or ambiguities in writing. Work done on unreported discrepancies, inconsistencies or ambiguities by the Trade Contractor shall be done at the Trade Contractor's risk. E. The Trade Contractor may be furnished additional instructions and detail drawings, by XXXX, as necessary to carry out the work required by the contract documents. All additional instructions and detail drawings shall be issued to the Trade Contractor by XXXX. X. The additional drawings and instructions thus supplied will become a part of the contract documents. The Trade Contractor shall carry out the work in accordance with the additional detail drawings and instructions.

Global Direct will provide settlement and switching services for various Point of Sale transactions initiated through Merchant for the authorization of the issuance of the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Services (“FNS”) food stamp benefits (“FS Benefits”) and/or government delivered cash assistance benefits (“Cash Benefits, ”with FS Benefits, “Benefits”) to Recipients through the use of a state-issued card (“EBT Card”). With respect to Visa and MasterCard products, Merchant agrees to pay and Merchant's account(s) will be charged pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement for any additional fees incurred as a result of Merchant's subsequent acceptance of transactions with any Visa or MasterCard product that it has not elected to accept.

  • CORRECTION OF WORK 13.2.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for correcting all Work which the Architect has found to be defective or which fails to conform to the Contract Documents whether observed be- fore or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed or completed. The Contractor shall bear all costs of correcting such rejected Work, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services made necessary thereby. 13.2.2 If, within one year after the Date of Substantial Completion of the Work or designated portion thereof or within one year after acceptance by the State of designated equipment or within such longer period of time as may be prescribed by law or by the terms of any applicable special warranty required by the Contract Documents, any of the Work is found to be defective or not in accordance with the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall correct it promptly after receipt of a written notice from the State to do so unless the State has previously given the Contractor a written acceptance of such condition. This obligation shall survive termination of the Contract. The State shall give such notice promptly after discovery of the condition. 13.2.3 The Contractor shall remove from the site all portions of the Work which are defective or non-conforming and which have not been corrected under Subparagraphs 4.5.1, 13.2.1 and 13.2.4 If the Contractor fails to correct defective or nonconforming Work as provided in Subparagraphs 4.5.1, 13.2.1 and 13.2.2, the State may correct it in accordance with Paragraph 13.2.5 If the Contractor does not proceed with the correction of such defective or non- conforming Work within a reasonable time fixed by written notice from the Architect, the State may remove it and may store the materials or equipment at the expense of the Contractor. If the Contractor does not pay the cost of such removal and storage within ten days thereafter, the State may upon ten additional days written notice sell such Work at auction or at private sale and shall account for the net proceeds thereof, after deducting all the costs that should have been borne by the Contractor, including compensation for the Architect's and the State’s additional services and expenses made necessary thereby. If such proceeds of sale do not cover all costs which the Contractor should have borne, the difference shall be charged to the Contractor and an appropriate Change Order shall be issued. If the payments then or thereafter due the Contractor are not sufficient to cover such amount, the Contractor shall pay the difference to the State. 13.2.6 The Contractor shall bear the cost of making good all work of the State or separate contractors destroyed or damaged by such correction or removal. 13.2.7 Nothing contained in this Paragraph 13.2 shall be construed to establish a period of limitation with respect to any other obligation which the Contractor might have under the
