ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Employment Responsibilities Treat drivers in a FAIR and CONSISTENT manner. The Lead Driver position is in the Union. Lead Driver shall adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Drivers Handbook in their area. Provide orientation and administrative duties for new applicants including assistance with online application process, schedule of drug screens, and classroom training to perform job functions. Assist RM to schedule drivers to assure adequate coverage of yard and road vehicles. Assist RM to contact road drivers who have placed themselves onto an overtime list to obtain coverage. Assist RM in ensuring that employees receive any Employer related documentation and have access to a computer if needed. The Lead Driver shall have no access to Employees Confidential Records.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following: • Direct the development of clinical strategies and plans to integrate MAIA compounds into the standard practice of oncology/hematology • Provide medical and scientific expertise regarding MAIA’s disease areas to support management team with medical expertise contributing to the overall corporate strategy and needs. • Oversee clinical trials as medical expert • Oversees Medical Affairs responsibilities for the company • Develop and update the strategy for the clinical development plan (CDP) according to the Corporate Strategy. • Contribute the clinical aspects of regulatory strategies, filings, and support interactions with Health Authorities as the medical expert • Primarily contributes to the development and writing of clinical protocols and investigator brochures • Oversee the analysis and interpretation of clinical trial data, review/approval of clinical study reports and contribute to the reporting of clinical trial results • Identify, establish relationships and lead interactions with leading academic thought leaders, investigators, cooperative groups, and other clinical stakeholders • Provide clinical support and work with other members of the management team to develop and communicate the overall corporate strategy • Collaborates with COO in planning, budgeting and operational management of all development projects and programs. • Collaborates with COO in managing relationships with CROs to ensure trials of the highest possible standards. • Consults with other executives, staff, and board members about development programs. • Collaborates with senior team and supports business planning process and corporate development activities. • Represent the Company and its programs to external audiences, including the investment, medical and regulatory communities, as well as pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry collaborators/partners • Ensure necessary compliance requirements are met by the company
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. Work may include programming and troubleshooting the cities’ radio current and future radio system including dispatch radio system and related infrastructure, mobile radios, portable radios and vehicle repeaters. Work with and coordinate with outside vendors when specific expertise is needed and/or is supplied as part of a sales agreement to maintain the radio system. Order and coordinate mobile radio installations in vehicles that use the radio system and assist with programming as necessary. Do minor radio repairs as time permits and arrange for other radio repairs as requested. Maintain and manage a radio parts inventory in the interest of efficiency and cost effectiveness. Maintain, either directly or through other entities the fire department vocal alerting system for Portland and South Portland. Maintain the radio identification system and database to ensure that it stays current in Portland and South Portland. This position requires an individual that can work effectively independently, with vendors. An employee must be able to be on call for issues that may arise to keep the system operating efficiently at all times. Assists with securing budgetary figures as needed and keeps supervisor informed on predictable expenses associated with the radio system. Engrave radios, batteries and Tactron name tags as requested and time permitting. Performs related work as required.
