HOURS OF WORK AND PREMIUM PAYMENT. Section 1. Workweek The normal workweek shall be either five (5) days, eight (8) hours per day, Monday to Friday inclusive or 8 nine-hour days and 1 eight-hour day over the course of two weeks (9/80 Schedule). For those on 9/80 schedules, the workweek will end after four hours on Friday (or Monday if so designated). Under adverse conditions, schedules other than the above may be necessary.

HOURS OF WORK AND PREMIUM PAYMENT. The normal hours of work shall average hours per week over the duty roster cycle employed in the Home with a daily shift excluding meal period. Employees who are scheduled for an 8-hour shift shall be entitled to an uninterrupted one half hour for lunch.   • HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 12.01 The following paragraphs and sections are intended to define the normal hours of work and shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week, or of days of work per week.

  • 00 - HOURS OF WORK 14.01 The Employer does not guarantee to provide work to any employee for regularly assigned hours or any other hours, except as provided for in Article 18.00.
