Employee Convenience. A pay code has been added that allows an Employee to change his/her schedule under certain circumstances. This will allow the Company the ability to accommodate the Employee without incurring additional overtime costs. Employee Convenience. When an individual on the dayshift, who for their convenience and with their manager's approval, elects to change their assigned starting time on a Saturday and reports prior to the beginning of their regular day shift, Subsection 3(d) and Subsection 4(b) of this Article X are not applicable and only Subsection 3(a) will apply to these situations.

  • Employee Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall be compensated for vacation leave to which she is entitled.
