Implementation Generally. 1. The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the proceeds of the Loan and of the Grant are used exclusively to finance Eligible Expenditures under and for the purposes set out in each of the Loan Agreement and the GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement.
