Nudity i. The Producer will notify the professional performer or performer's representative of any nudity or sex acts expected in the role prior to the first interview or audition. The professional performer must also have prior notification of any interview or audition requiring nudity and must have the absolute right to have the person of performer's choice present at that audition. Total nudity may not be required at such auditions or interviews; the professional performer must be permitted to wear "pasties” and G-string or its equivalent.
ii. During any production involving nudity or sex scenes, the set must be closed to all individuals having no business purpose in connection with the project.
iii. No photographs will be permitted other than production stills made by a photographer assigned to the production.
iv. The appearance of a professional performer in a nude scene or the doubling of a professional performer in such a scene is conditioned upon the professional performer's express, written consent.
v. If a professional performer has agreed to appear in such scenes and then withdraws consent, the producer must have the right to double the performer. A professional performer may not withdraw consent as to film already photographed.
Nudity. Any production with nudity shall be subject to prevailing rulings by the Council of Equity with regard to auditions, performance and photographs.
Nudity. Racial Advertisements or advertisements propagating caste, community or ethnic differences.
Nudity. 1) Prior to the first interview or audition, Producer or Producer’s representative will notify the Performer (or his/her representative) of any nudity or sex acts expected in his/her role.
2) During any production involving nudity or sex scenes, the set must be closed to all persons having no business purpose in connection with the production.
3) The appearance of a Performer in a nude scene or sex scene or doubling of a Performer in such a scene must be conditioned upon his/her prior written consent. If a Performer has agreed to appear in such scenes and then withdraws his/her consent, Producer will have the right to double. However, consent may not be withdrawn as to scenes already photographed. Children of tender years (infants) may not be used in nude scenes or in any scene involving an explicit sex act.
4) No still photography of nudity or sex acts will be authorized without the prior written consent of the Performer. SAMPLE
5) The Performer must have advance notice of any audition involving nudity and the absolute right to have a person of his/her choice present at any audition involving nudity. Total nudity may not be required at such auditions or interviews; the Performer must be permitted to wear pasties and a G-string or its equivalent.
Nudity. The following guidelines will apply with regard to nudity:
a) The production company will notify the cast member of any nudity that is required as part of their performance as soon as the production company knows of the requirement, whether that is before or after the signing of the contract. Unless the cast member has specifically consented, he/she may refuse to carry out any part of the performance involving their nudity.
b) Where a cast member does not consent to appear nude and the production company proposes to substitute a double, the production company will obtain the consent of the cast member, acceptance of which will not be unreasonably denied.
c) With the exception of the final rehearsal for camera and lighting, there will be no rehearsals in the nude or semi-nude.
d) During the rehearsal or shooting of nude or semi-nude scenes, the set will be closed to all persons, except those having a legitimate reason for being present. Observation by monitor or any other means will be prohibited, except where that is necessary as part of the production process.

Nudity. The Performer’s employment hereunder shall be subject to the Regulations agreed between the Theatres’ National Committee and Equity dated 1st January 1971 relating to nudity and simulated sex acts set out in Schedule 11. 4
Nudity. Partially or fully nude photo-shoots are prohibited unless the client and Elvis Models have reached prior agreement about this in writing. A minimum surcharge of 1 hour is charged for nude photography. In addition a surcharge of 100% in addition to the stipulated fee is charged.
Nudity. Both the Producers and the Artiste acknowledge that the requirements of certain productions may call for Background Artistes to perform nude or semi-nude. In the case of such “nude calls” the following shall apply:
a) The intention of a Producer to make “nude calls” shall be made known to the Union and discussed at the Pre-Production Meeting.
b) The nature of such nude calls will be made known to the Agent by the Producer, both in advance and on a daily basis.
c) The nature of such “nude calls” shall be made known to Artistes both in advance and on a daily basis prior to the acceptance of such Calls by the Artiste. Should this requirement be breached the Artiste has the right to refuse to perform nude or semi-nude without forfeiting their basic rate of pay.
d) No Artiste shall be obliged to accept a “nude call” and no Artiste shall be penalised either at the time or subsequently for refusing to accept such a “nude call”.
e) During rehearsing and shooting of “nude calls” the Producer shall at all times maintain a closed set and ensure that the minimum number of cast and crew (commensurate only with production requirements) are present.
f) Fees for “nude or semi-nude” Calls shall be agreed between the Producer and the Artistes before such Calls are made. This fee shall be paid in addition to any other Supplementary Fee which may be due under AppendixB. CLAUSE 7. TYPES OF ENGAGEMENT
1) The engagement of an Artiste shall be for a Standard Day or a Standard Night or a Continuous Working Day/Night or a Shift Call.
a) The Standard Day shall be a working period that shall include time reasonably spent in returning props and costumes where applicable of any eight consecutive hours (except for the meal breaks stipulated in Clause 10) between 07.00 hours and 22.00 hours. Hours worked before or after the hours specified shall be paid at the Standard Night overtime rate in half-hourly installments.
b) The Standard Night shall be a working period that shall include time reasonably spent in returning props and costumes where applicable of any eight consecutive hours (except for the meal breaks stipulated in Clause 10) that is specifically called as such and scheduled to extend beyond midnight or to commence before 04.00 hours.
c) The Continuous Working Day/Night Call shall be a work period (the operation of which will normally be agreed between the Producer and the Union at the Pre-Production Meeting) of any seven continuous hours and after the completion of the seventh ...
Nudity. (A) Interviews and Auditions
(1) ACTUAL SEX ACTS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED.
(2) Nudity shall not be permitted at Principal Auditions except as provided below.
(3) Nudity at Auditions (Principal and/or Chorus Auditions) shall not be permitted except with the express written permission of Actors' Equity and shall be subject to the following guidelines:
(a) Actor shall not disrobe, in whole or in part, until after Actor has been auditioned as a Principal Actor or Chorus Singer and/or Chorus Dancer; and,
(b) A Stage Manager or an official Equity representative must be present; and,
(c) The direct professional and artistic capacity of all persons present must be attested to by the Producer in writing to Equity at the time the written permission is requested (i.e., Producer, Director, Choreographer).
(B) Rehearsals and Performances
(1) ACTUAL SEX ACTS DURING REHEARSAL OR PERFORMANCE SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED.
(2) Actor shall not appear nude or perform acts of a sexual nature in the course of a stage presentation unless the Actor has been advised and gives written consent by the time Actor signs the contract. The script shall be submitted for review if Actor so requests.
(3) Actor shall not pose for nude photographs or appear nude for any motion picture filming, videotaping or other forms of visual recording without the Actor's prior written consent. The applicable consent form will be provided by Equity.
(4) Photograph(s) in which any Actor appears nude or performs an act of a sexual nature shall not be used in any way without the prior written consent of each Actor appearing in the photograph, or copy of the photograph, on a fully executed Equity Nude Photograph/Video Release form. The Actor's written consent must also appear on a copy of the photograph released. Such request to utilize the photograph must specify the specific use for the photograph. The signed, released photograph and release form shall be filed with Equity. The Producer and the Actor shall keep duplicate records.
(a) Prior to release or use of any film or videotape, video cassette, or any electronic or mechanical reproduction in which any Actor appears nude, each Actor appearing in the scene shall be given an opportunity to view the film or tape to be released to ascertain that it conforms to the terms of the prior Release.
